I've been using the Vichy Pureté Thermale Fresh Cleansing Gel for awhile now so I feel comfortable sharing my thoughts. I really like the pump. It dispenses just the right amount of product to produce a nice lather to cleanse my face. (Of note, I preferred using the cleanser with a konjac sponge as I achieved a more substantial lather.) The scent is floral, but not overwhelming. I felt like the product removed dirt and makeup from my face, and when washed away, didn't dry out or tighten my skin. Overall I liked it, but I didn't feel that it was anything special as compared to some other, less expensive drug store face cleansers. I would not dissuade someone from purchasing, but I likely would not go out of my way to recommend the product either. -

I recently received the Garnier version, and I also have my holy grail Bioderma version. While the Simple version worked, I did not find it to be as effective as the other two. The Simple micellar water required additional passes with the cotton pad in order to remove the sample makeup products. It was also completely ineffective against my liquid lipstick and my Urban Decay 24-hour liner.

I liked the thickness of the wipes but did not find them to be as effective as using micellar water with a cotton pad. I also found the wipes to be somewhat scratchy and irritating. It is unlikely I would repurchase them.

I don't usually like toothpaste with baking soda because it doesn't foam up, and I associate that foaming action with a better clean. That said, I really liked this toothpaste! While it lacked the "lather" I seek, it still left my teeth and mouth feeling clean and fresh. The minty flavour was refreshing but wasn't so strong that my mouth felt like it was burning afterwards. (I've experienced that with some brands.) I was genuinely surprised how much I enjoyed this toothpaste! Even while sick, my mouth still felt clean and fresh. I cannot comment on any whitening action as I didn't notice any significant difference.
I will definitely pick this up again when I see it on sale.

I received Dove Style+Care Flexible Hold Hairspray for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I'm not someone who uses a lot of hairspray, but this one seemed to do the job. The scent was pleasant, and it seemed to hold my hair in place without feeling weighed down or sticky, nor did my hair feel crunchy. Definitely a product worth checking out if you use hairspray regularly. -

It worked applied easily and didn't leave a white coating on my dark brown hair. It had a nice scent, and seemed to absorb the excess oils to give my hair the appearance of having been recently washed. I would not hesitate to pick up another bottle when mine is done. -

I regularly use a hair oil after washing my hair. I find that it helps keep my hair moisturized, and minimizes static and fly aways. I'm not loyal to any particular brand so I was keen to try Dove's Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil. I use about 4-5 pumps, massage the oil between my hands, and then glide my fingers through my hair so that I coat the strands. It is effective, but personally I don't love the scent. I've heard others describe it as baby powder which isn't my favourite. It isn't unpleasant though...just not for me. Of note, for a drugstore item, I'd prefer a lower price tag. The one I'm using now isn't much more expensive and is more of a luxury product.

ChickAdvisor sent me a fantastic box of Dove products to try, and among them was the Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture conditioner. I'm not loyal to any particular brand. That said, I do usually use the same brand shampoo and conditioner, so I was happy that they included the shampoo too.
I had no complaints with this product. After using it, my hair felt soft, smooth, and silky, which is exactly what I am looking for in a (shampoo and) conditioner. The scent was pleasant as well. The price point makes it affordable and accessible, and a little goes a long way with this product. I would certainly consider purchasing it in the future.

ChickAdvisor sent me a fantastic box of Dove products to try, and among them was the Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture shampoo. I'm not loyal to any particular shampoo brand. For the most part, they all tend to work the same way. That said, I do usually use the same brand shampoo and conditioner, so I was happy that they included the conditioner too.
I had no complaints with this product. After using it, my hair felt soft, smooth, and silky, which is exactly what I am looking for in a shampoo (and conditioner). The scent was pleasant, as well. The price point makes it affordable and accessible, and a little goes a long way with this product. I would certainly consider purchasing it in the future.
