Garnier Skin Active Micellar Water is a game changer for me. I've tried MANY different kinds of make up removers, most of which either dried my skin out OR didn't remove my make up at all. The few that actually did work required serious scrubbing (especially when it came to my mascara), which left my face feeling & looking a bit raw.
I was sceptical of Garnier Skin Active Micellar Water; my initial thoughts were "how can something that contains NO alcohol or harsh ingredients remove my make up WITHOUT scrubbing?" I owe Garnier an apology... because it did.. and continues to. THIS PRODUCT WORKS.
BEST OF ALL; Not only is my make up literally wiping right off (even my waterproof mascara & eyeliner), but it requires no scrubbing & soap. After I'm finished, my face feels & looks clean and refreshed. This has replaced my make up remover AND bedtime facial wash... I'm impressed.
I would most definitely recommend this product - and I have. I fully intend to add it to my skin care regime. Don't miss out on this fantastic product!!

I LOVE this moisturizer!! It's an effective product that doesn't require smothering your face in order to get results. I've been using it for over a month now, and within a week or so I started to see that my skin was brighter, less dull looking & more radiant. The longer I've used it, I'm starting to see that my skin tone & texture is evening out - which was one of my main concerns. To be quite honest, my skin has never looked THIS healthy - even after using some of the "top of the line" products. I absolutely recommend Garnier Skin Active Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Moisturizer. I certainly plan on purchasing it and continuing to add it to my skin care routine. -

Let me start off by saying that I have a rather picky pup. At almost 4 years old, it's been really hard to find a good balance between price, quality & something she'll actually enjoy.
When our Nutrience Sub Zero Grain Free dog food arrived, I opened the package (this may sound weird), but I wanted to check out the kibble AND how it smelled. As soon as I opened the package, not only did our dog (Kasea) come running, but all three of our cats as well. I offered Kasea a few kibbles out of my hand, and she gobbled them right up! I was really impressed with the ingredients, the quality & (most of all) how much Kasea seemed to enjoy it. That day, I started mixing her regular food (A Taste Of The Wild - which she eats, I'm sure, more because it's there then anything else... she's never really been a fan) & Sub Zero. We free feed, so her food goes down and she eats when she's hungry. I placed her food down, filled up her water dish & started breakfast.... By the time I looked back down, her food was gone... all of it... that has NEVER happened. She LOVED it. The bag provided lasted about a week (keep in mind Kasea is about 55lbs) and I didn't waste any time purchasing another (larger) bag from our local pet store. Sub Zero Canadian Pacific is now our regular dog food. Kasea loves it, I feel really great about feeding her this grain free, high quality, protein rich kibble... And the benefits are already visible. Her skin & coat look/feel amazing, she has more energy & (this may sound gross) she no longer suffers with bad gas (a side effect from ATOTW). Price wise, I found Sub Zero to be on par - and in some cases cheaper - then dog food of the same quality & size. If you're looking for all the benefits of a grain free, raw diet without all the negatives that come with it, then you DEFINITELY need to try Nutrience Sub Zero!

It's also super easy to apply - no muss or fuss. The tropical fragrance is awesome - unlike some dry shampoos which smell almost chemical to me. I was using Pantene before, but after a friend recommended Batiste, I haven't looked back.
As a great way to liven up your locks, you can't go wrong with Batiste. Sometimes the oldest brands on the market are there for a reason... because they work =D

Bamboo Yuzu is a wonderfully refreshing fragrance. It's a medium scent but strong enough to smell throughout the room. Each $6 bar lasts about 120 hours or 15 hours per cube... that's only .75 cents per cube for 15 hours of beautiful fragrance =D
Overall, if your into crisp clean scents then you'll LOVE Bamboo Yuzu. If you haven't tried Scentsy yet - definitely give it a try... worth every penny.

As a 31 year old; I am just starting to see the effects of sun, pollution & (let's face it) poor diet in my earlier years. It all catches up to you ladies, I promise. lol. I'm also starting to get fine lines around my eyes & mouth. I wanted to find a skin care routine that was going to not only take care of my current skin issues, but also help prevent others in the future... Vichy is a terrific brand & I was thrilled when I was selected to review BOTH their Life Serum & Skin Sleep.
It's an easy routine to maintain: Life Serum in the morning & Skin Sleep at night. A little goes a long way & my skin instantly feels refreshed & looks healthier - The Life Serum leaves this glow on my skin that I just love. I've been using both products for about 2 weeks and my skin is already looking & feeling younger & healthier. I even look less tired...
If you're looking for products that are easy to apply, help to rid the effects of sun & air damage, tiredness, & poor habits (like smoking) as well as leave your skin looking & feeling it's best ALL within a matter of a week: Then Vichy Idealia Life Serum & Skin Sleep are your answer. Here's my honest opinion of Vichy's Idealia Life Serum... I LOVE IT! I wish I had a better word for "LOVE" because it just doesn't do it justice. I've been using it for a week now (in combination with Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep - see my review) & the results have been fantastic. I use it first thing in the morning with my regular morning skin routine, it goes on nicely (a little goes a long way). Immediately after use my skin feels fresh & looks healthy; it literally leaves my skin glowing. Vichy's Life Serum has transformed my skin - my pours look better, my complexion has improved so drastically that for the first time in 6 years I went outside without foundation.... It REALLY works that well!!
I will definitely be adding Vichy Idealia to my regular routine. It's worth EVERY penny (as I mentioned above, a little goes a long way).
If you're looking for healthier, happy skin with a more youthful appearance; Vichy Idealia Life Serum is it.

Let me start off by saying that I once waxed my legs (a few years ago) and not only was it more painful then I expected, but I also broke out in a rash all over my legs & suffered from itchy dry skin for weeks. Since that experience, I never thought I would do it again.... Until now.
I was fortunate to be chosen as a "Product Reviewer" for Chick Advisor, and in exchange for my unbiased & honest opinion, I was given Nair Cire Divine Moroccan Argan Oil Wax for free.
The box arrived and I let my nerves get the better of me - Let's face it, after a long winter of not shaving, my legs are looking more manly then I would like to admit. lol. Either way, a couple days later I read the instructions (so simple) & went forth on my mission. I heated the wax in the microwave - the instructions were dead on. The wax was warm (not hot) and easy to spread. I sat on the tub, spread my first wax strip on my leg (making sure to spread it going against the growth of my hair), let it cool (so that I could pull it off). Once I was sure it was cool enough, I closed my eyes & counted to three....1. 2. 3..... then counted to three again (lol) & pulled....
At first I didn't think anything had come off - it didn't hurt... like, at all. I looked at the strip in my hand & then at my leg. ALL the hair came off!! PAINLESSLY!! I was thrilled! I did both legs in less then 20 minutes. Now brave, I decided to do my arm pits too. I reheated the wax, spread a little strip on my armpit, waited, the pulled. Again, ALL the hair came off with no pain! I finished my arm pits in less then 8 minutes.
I had so much wax left, that the next day I did my husbands chest. He's a bigger wimp then I am when it comes to waxing - but even he was impressed at how painlessly Nair Cire Divine Moroccan Argan Oil wax went on.. and then off. lol.
I've always had a problem with breaking out after waxing & shaving.. it's just one those things I have come to accept.. like death & taxes. lol. But with Nair Cire Divine Moroccan Argan Oil Wax, I didn't break out at all! I didn't even get dry skin. My skin was soft, smooth & incredible healthy. Amazing!
I was going to wait for my legs to grow in a bit & attempt to wax again before I sent in my review, however it's been 2 weeks since I waxed my legs & arm pits and they are STILL soft & smooth!! So I did my eye brows. I am religious about keeping them plucked, so there was hardly any hair, but Nair Cire got those little hairs too!!
To sum up, Nair Cire Divine Moroccan Argan Oil Wax is incredibly easy to use, painless, doesn't require strips & left my legs, arm pits & my husbands chest smooth, soft & hair free for over 2 weeks now. It took off the tiny hairs from my eyebrows in one use - which is pretty impressive. Best of all, it didn't leave me with a bumpy rash or dry skin.
Don't pass this product up! It's great for men & women alike. I will definitely be using Nair Cire Divine again & recommending it to all of my friends. With summer right around the corner, I'm going to be spending a lot less time, money & energy on keeping my legs soft & more time enjoying the sun!!

I change my deodorant/anti-perspirant every couple of months - I like to switch it up, but I also find that most deodorants/anti-perspirants lose effectiveness after a month or so. I definitely need something that works well.
That being said, it's safe to say I've used all forms & brands of deodorants & anti perspirants. I picked up Dove Go Fresh Restore 48hr a couple of weeks ago, thinking I would give it a try. I'm VERY impressed.
First, I've used Dove before & always enjoyed the scent & feel of the product & Go Fresh 48hr held up to my expectation in that area. With a subtle hint of scent, I know I'm wearing anti perspirant without tasting it. I can apply it right after I get out of the shower after shaving my armpits without any fear of burning or discomfort. Also, within minutes of application, I can get dressed in dark tops or dresses without smudge marks or white stains.
But here's the best part - Dove Go Fresh 48 hr ACTUALLY works for 48 hours! I am a religious deodorant applier - almost OCD about ensuring I have protection. lol. With Dove Go Fresh I only have to apply it every 48 hours, it covers me for that long through my regular day to day activities! I've actually used prescription quality deodorants that never worked this well.... ever.
I HIGHLY recommend this product (I don't often HIGHLY recommend anything, lol) but for the cost & the fact that it lasts, it's well worth it. I even work out & leave smelling better then when I went in - no joke. It releases subtle hints of fragrance - I have yet to smell sweaty or gross.
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!

If you love Scentsy (or love having a great fragrance in your car) then you'll LOVE Scentsy Circles!! They come in a variety of scents - tropical, romantic, cafe & even mens. You use them the same way you would any car freshener by hanging it from your mirror & removing the circle from the bag once every few days. Mine usually last about 3 weeks. I always use scented fresheners in my car but after a few days start to get nauseated from the scent or find it doesn't last. Scentsy Circles smell amazing, don't cause me to get sick of the smell & last!
Definitely worth a try!
