I have always been a lover of a welcoming scent for our home. I used to purchase Glade & Febreze products in bulk. I stayed away from Scentsy because the initial start up (burner & wax) would cost about $50. Not knowing how long that would last - and knowing that for $50 I could buy a whole months worth of Glade plugins - I never took the plunge. Then a friend started selling and telling me how amazing it was.... she offered to give me a full money back guarantee if I didn't like what I ordered... what did I have to lose? So I bought the burner & the wax (that was about 8 months ago) and I haven't looked back. One little square of the wax lasts SO long and makes the entire house smell amazing (but not overwhelming). I can leave my burner on all day & because it's flameless, it doesn't ever get too hot. I also have a Scentsy plug in for the bathroom and unlike Glade it doesn't leak oil or get so hot you worry about fire!
My advice? If you haven't tried Scentsy yet, your definitely missing out. The initial cost is a bit expensive for those on a budget, but the money you save in the long run is well worth it - Plus, if I'm being completely honest, the scents smell incredible, and there's so many, there's bound to be something for everyone :D

Scentsy "Layers" Body Lotion
Scentsy is well known for their quality products & the body lotion line is no exception! Not only does it smell AMAZING, but it moisturises & helps keep my skin soft all year long (even my feet & elbows - which have a tendency to get really dry)... +
Scentsy is well known for their quality products & the body lotion line is no exception! Not only does it smell AMAZING, but it moisturises & helps keep my skin soft all year long (even my feet & elbows - which have a tendency to get really dry). It's a non sticky lotion that goes on smooth & absorbs rather quickly. I usually only have to apply once a day when I get out of the shower & the fragrance last all day, Scentsy has many different fragrances - a little something for everyone. What's also really nice is the fragrance is light enough not to bother my "scent sensitive" husband, but strong enough that I don't have to worry about perfume or scented products during the day :D
If you haven't tried this line of moisturiser, it's definitely worth a buy. At about $12 a bottle you can't go wrong (it usually lasts me 2 months).

I've always had an issue with toners due to the fact that I have combination (oily & dry) skin. This means that toners work great on the areas (my T zone) where I have oily skin, but usually really dry out the areas where I have dry skin.
All that being said, I've found that Nivea Gentle Toner is the only toner I have been able to use where it handles my combination skin really well.
I use it after my facial cleanser and I've found it makes me feel clean, fresh & tightened without that "burning" feeling you sometimes get from toners & I didn't feel like I had dipped my face in a bowl of alcohol. I was really impressed with the results. It's a product I can use everyday without worrying that it's going to leave my skin dried out.
I would definitely recommend. Even for those of you who, like me, have issues with toners.. definitely give Nivea Gentle Toner a try.

For the past couple of years I have had problems with tooth sensitivity. I would avoid eating certain foods (regardless of how much I loved them) because the pain just wasn't worth it. My dentist recommended Sensodyne Pronamel & after using other toothpastes for sensitive teeth, I was sceptical. After the first use I noticed a difference. I was able to drink hot coffee without the familiar tooth splitting pain. After a week I could pretty well eat/drink anything without worry.
Many of the toothpastes I have tried for my sensitivity were chalky, thick & horrible tasting. Not the case with Sensodyne. It has a surprisingly fresh taste with no chalky residue.
If your having issues with tooth sensitivity look no further then Sensodyne Pronamel.

There really wasn't anything special about the Tassimo T20 brewing system. From the beginning I found that having 1 selection size (8oz) really limited what I could do with my coffee. The selection of coffee available is small & (unlike similar single serve brewers) Tassimo doesn't allow for cold beverages & doesn't offer any accessories that would enable you to use your own favourite coffee (unless it already comes in T Disc form). The coffee tastes okay but often I found it wasn't hot enough..
For this price range look at other single serve brewers that offer a bigger selection in coffee, accessories for using your own coffee & allows for more then one size.

I've been cursed with thick, semi curly hair that doesn't seem to want to cooperate with me. This makes styling difficult & frustrating..... until I starting using Pantene Pro-V Moisture Renewal Conditioner. I have to admit I dye my hair & use a hair dryer & straightening iron almost daily (which probably contributes to the problem). I needed a product that was going to be effective - not just claim to be. I started using Pantene Pro-V MRC about 6 weeks ago. After the first use I noticed an immediate difference. My hair was softer, healthier & much easier to comb & style. Within a few washes I found I no longer needed my leave-in conditioner (something I have used for years). It's now been 6 weeks since I started using Pantene Pro-V MRC and quite frankly, my hair has never been softer. My husband even mentioned it how "silky" my hair felt, he can now run his hand through it (something he could never do before without getting his fingers caught). It's a little more expensive then some conditioners, but certainly worth the cost because I could eliminate my expensive leave in-conditioner.
I've actually started to feel confident about my hair instead of self concious.
A definite buy!

As an avid coffee drinker, taste & quality are very important to me. I purchased the Keurig Elite Brewer after our first one cup brewer (I'll leave out the brand name) fell short. The Keurig Elite is user friendly & has 3 sizes (6oz, 8oz, 10oz). The selection of coffee, tea & speciality drinks offered through Keurig is vast, costs around 50 cents a cup & even allows for cold beverages - this is perfect on a hot day. Keurig K Cups are available in many stores, but also online. I've had the opportunity to order from Keurig.com, & I was thrilled at the ease of ordering & quick delivery. Keurig.com offers discounts & points towards products, giving you the opportunity to save. Our Keurig Elite came with a "My K Cup" accessory which allows you to use your favourite coffee should it not be available in k cups. Each cup brewed is hot, full of flavour, and has a pleasant aroma. One of the benefits of having a Keurig Elite is that we can offer our guests any cup they'd like without having to brew a whole pot & it only takes about 30 seconds to make.
6 months after purchasing the Keurig Elite and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality & flavour each cup brewed by my Keurig Elite brings.
