I was so excited to try this and maybe also a bit scared by the name…
I have used a few brands of hot honey and this was my first time using Halifax Honey Company @thehalifaxhoneycompany. Now typically I love putting hot honey on pizza but thought I would try something different and try it on my scrambled eggs…and wow this is delicious. It’s hot but not overwhelming- I really liked the combo of flavours - the perfect spicy and sweet. I like spicy so can’t wait to try it on other foods
This honey infusion marries the natural sweetness of raw honey with the bold kick of pickled chilies to make the perfect hot honey, unlike anything I’ve tried before!!

I received L’Occitane Shea Nail & Cuticle Oil and it’s so lovely and is making my nails and cuticles so much softer and hopefully with continued use I will see a difference.
The little brush makes putting on the oil so easy. It is lightly scented but I found it to be a pleasant scent.

I have been really enjoying trying all kinds of jackfruit offerings and these dumplings are great. I love how they were so easy to cook. I pan fried mine and they were ready from frozen in a few minutes. We needed a quick filling addition to our meal on a busy night and these were perfect. They taste great!
They are free of cholesterol, rich in fibre, zero trans fat, soy, gluten, sugar and sulphite free
I picked them up at The Real Canadian Superstore and they are available at Loblaws stores as well.

I started taking 1 vitamin a day last week so although I haven’t noticed any real differences, I like that they have many ingredients that I’m always trying to get like iron and magnesium and hopefully this will make a positive impact on my health. I do find that taking it with food is helpful! The pills look large but I had no issue taking them.

I used the Plantropy Jackfruit Pepperoni to make a pizza! It is very easy to prepare, remove from the freezer and let them thaw for an hour and that’s it.
These are fully vegan and full of protein, free of cholesterol, rich in fibre, zero trans fat, soy, gluten, sugar and sulphite free
I liked how flavorful these are and how it gave our pizza a really great taste! I have tried a few jackfruit products before and I think this might be my favourite so far!
