Excellent for treating and preventing dry skin flare ups. It's made with oats so you know that it will be gentle on the skin and won't aggravate any already existing troubled skin spots you may already have. It's a brand that you can trust since it has been around for so long and I would say safe for kids as well since that is when I started using their products. I love that I can use this pouch to refill my existing container to not only do my part in recycling but save money as well. -

I'm a simple cook, I used left over homemade spiced chicken roast, combined fresh red pepper and cucumbers and alongisde with this package of purgrains thai garlic chili flavour side, and BAM. Lunch for one and I feel like I'm having fine dining. Amazing product if you want to make yourself an expensive salad or bowl that you can purchase from stores but this you make at home.
I appreciated how quick it was to prepare and you can even warm it up using it's original packaging. I enjoyed the flavour and taste as well.

Excellent gentle product that work wonders for my face not only as an overnight cream but also during the day during the winter season. I cleanse my face and apply a light layer of this product and bam, I am good to go. The value is fantastic as I find it more of a natural product compared to the Western high end brands for far less of the cost. -
