Using the website was easy, it was my first time on it. My intention for my haul was to fill my pantry with canned and dry goods. It was easy to order and to make sure the quantity of each product was what I wanted. I must add that some fresh items weren’t available for me to order but that’s ok with me since that wasn’t what I was looking for. The selection was great, there was even international brands (i.e. Ahmad tea, my favourite!) available for purchase so I was a happy camper. I selected a time slot, put items in my cart, paid with credit card and BAM, you’re ready to go.
I had selected delivery for the next morning. My delivery man called me ten minutes before the 7am timeslot I requested saying he was near and wanted to let me know to be ready for the order. I really appreciated this and was pleasantly surprised. I chose this timeslot so I can get my order before going into work so this worked out perfectly. Who can complain about open communication? Not I! By the way, the delivery guys were wearing PPE and had great attitudes, I love that!
Everything was wrapped and food safety was definitely considered. I had ordered a box of hair dye and it was in one of those clear plastic bags which I appreciated. There was no contamination between the food and beauty products I ordered. I had ordered a couple bags of frozen veggies and boxes of waffles and they were still cold like they were fresh from the freezer. I appreciated this because who wants lukewarm frozen grocery products?
I reuse plastic bags so this doesn’t bother me. Especially during this pandemic era, I rather items be in a plastic bag so to make sure there isn’t contamination.
Overall, I enjoyed and liked this service. The $7.99 delivery fee is acceptable and worth it. This is great for the single person, for the parent who needs support or even the older population who can’t go outside during this time to public places. I think we should all try out this service and support the expansion of grocery services in our local areas. Thank you Voila by Sobeys for such a seamless experience between putting in my order in less than 24 hours and receiving it to my door first thing in the morning. The customer service was perfection and I wish this service nothing but the best.

It doesn't break me out. -
Skinfix Barrier+ Foaming Oil Cleanser
First time using oil cleaner and this product was fantastic. I dampened my face and rubbed the product in my palms and went on my face. Very gentle formula, smells not overpowering as well. Very moisturizing. I will be purchasing again!

I have dry scalp and normally use anti-dandruff shampoo. I picked up this shampoo due to the quality and the scent of the product. It smells great, doesn't foam as much as I am used too but it works. I appreciate the pump applicator which makes getting the product out super easy. It is a bit pricer for shampoo but I think it's worth it. -

This shampoo smells great, is hydrating and priced reasonably. It is accessible and located in every shop. As someone who also used different kinds of shampoo, I always come back to this product. I have big lips and they're always dry. I love Lush products and I like how they're natural and have an expiration date. I loved the flavour and it's a fun product. However I don't find it too sanitary to use products straight from pots and you can use a plastic scoop for this. I'm too lazy and would use my fingers and the product works! Tastes great as well. A bit on the pricier side but it's worth it. A great product for someone who is new to lip scrubs or is a Lush product follower. -

I have big lips and they are always dry. I used to love Lush's lip scrub however I don't like pots and having my fingers go in to put them on my lips. I like that this scrub is in a stick and it's more sanitary. You can feel the granular texture and it works! I use it every other night to prevent irritation due to over-exfoliation. The price point is fantastic as well, under $10 and can be found in any corner pharmacy. -
