This drink is what every Canadian reaches out for in the hot summer months. Despite it's excessive caloric intake, it's easy to down several of these in a day to cool you off. The sweet taste and the caffeine kick are great. The prices is also unbeatable. -
Forever 21

As I've grown over the years my opinion of Forever21 has changed a lot. I used to LOVE the store and brand but have grown critical of where I shop.
What I like: The clothes are cute, trendy, there's always something new, and the prices are very low especially on sale items. There's accessories, shoes, and bags, so you can get your outfit from head to toe in once place.
What I don't like: Most of the time, what the display mannequin is wearing is already sold out or on another floor in the store and you won't find it without assistance. I've never met one friendly staff person in any of the stores that I have visited. Whether it's New York or Ottawa, they will try to run you over with the clothing rack. The clothing itself is meant to be bought often, meaning a lot of it is tossed out after one season and tons of waste is created. This issue is known as "fast fashion". They company has also gone under fire multiple times for stealing the designs of other artists and small businesses.
And lastly, I call this a "youth" store, and not an adult store because of the sizing. The difference between S-M-L is maybe half an inch to an inch. I'm 5'7 and I weigh about 100lbs with clothes and shoes on. I'm unfortunately underweight and a size 0. I'm damn thin and it's visible. In this store, I usually buy S, but I will often also fit into an M. A size 0. In a size medium. Are you as confused as I am? I always thought medium meant average, and I'm pretty sure an average woman doesn't have the body of a 12 year old boy. I feel like this is giving a lot of woman a false idea that they are larger than they are and forces them to shop the "plus" size section of the store. This is concerning as I feel like it can cause self-esteem issues from giving someone a false idea about their size. I joke with my friends that I look like a 13 year old, and that's how you should treat the sizing in this store, as if it was for pre-teens.

Call me a stuck up European, but I can't believe people try to pass this off as chocolate. It has a weird, waxy, artificial taste to it, and the first time I tried it, the aftertaste was literally that of vomit. I still often taste or smell something similar to gastric juices with this one which makes me wonder what it's made with. In communist countries where they didn't have real chocolate because they couldn't afford it, they had a product called "compound chocolate" or "chocolate-like products" which instead of cocoa butter would be made with oils of other plants to imitate the taste of chocolate. This is what this taste like - a sad, cheap version of something good.
On the bright side, these are dirt cheap and most kids won't care for the waxy, bland taste as long as it's sweet which makes it popular in schools around Valentine's or Christmas. And not gonna lie, the name and packaging are cute.

It reflects light beautifully with small sparkles. The lipstick stays on well, and the packaging is gorgeous, very classy. I do find that with my very pale skin it looks a little "costume-y" rather than something I would wear everyday, but when my friend with darker skin tried it on, she looked absolutely stunning. If possible, try the shade on your lips and not just the hand before purchasing; I find this colour can make or break your look. -

Not going to like, fireball whiskey has a strong cinnamon flavour that burns all the way down to your stomach but the familiar sweetness of cinnamon hearts from your childhood will neutralize the taste as the liquor goes to your head. This is not a classy drink. This is something that teenagers ask an older sibling to get them for a bush party when they want to get recked quickly but don't want it to smell like a minibar. If you drink this as an adult, it will have the same effect as mezcal - you will want to torch a cop car. Reserve this drink for when you have diplomatic immunity or for when you're supervised by a sober, adultier adult. -

I was a little skeptical about this bath bomb as the key selling point to it is that it's a relaxing lavender, and I'm not a lavender fan. The scent however, was so nicely blended with other florals I actually liked it. The colour was a very pretty light pink/purple and it left my skin very soft. The scent was really relaxing. This one also did not stain my bathtub like some other bath bombs have. The only downside to these is that they are not the cheapest. -

But just like some of the other reviewers, I think I expected a little bit more from this one considering that it is one of the most popular Lush bath bombs. There isn't anything inside of this one, and there could have been a little more colour explosion to it. -

They are definitely on the sweet side and I find that the yogurt flavour in candy seems to be an acquired taste. Though I like them very much now, I though they were only "ok"when I first tried them and I will agree, they are not for everyone. -

The product is however, very gentle and can be used on sensitive skin. My favourite part is the scent - your hands will smell like cherry blossoms after using this soap. Because this hand wash is perfumed, the scent will be quite strong, therefore, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with any scent sensitivities. -

I love these masks - they are a thin sheet that you apply to your face, leave on for 10-15 minutes, and then toss out. They leave your skin feeling soft and smooth, and are really moisturizing and hydrating which is great if you have dry skin. I have also found that despite my sensitive skin they don't cause irritation. I can't exactly say I've seen much change to my pores, though I assume that comes with prolonged use of these masks. They are a great self-care product as they are very affordable. -
