I am a Celiac so any gluten ingestion is a bad idea for me but, that said, taking this product during the Thanksgiving season and while traveling to the family cottage did allow me to relax about eating at those friend's and family's homes who are not following a strict gluten free diet and also ingesting "gluten friendly" dishes at restaurants while on the road. I am fairly certain that I did not ingest any gluten during the period that I was trying out this product as I had no symptoms at all but it is nice to have the piece of mind of knowing that if I had my symptoms would likely have been reduced. It was an easy product to swallow and taking it shortly before a meal is very simple to manage. -

As a celiac I tend to avoid eating hot dogs as very few are certified as gluten free and as an adult I generally prefer to choose healthy alternatives when possible. These Turkey franks are awesome as they are certified gluten free and have 40% less fat than traditional hot dogs but still taste like a normal hotdogs. I actually baked mine in the oven on gluten free bread with onions, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, mustard and ketchup and they were absolutely delicious!

If you are looking for a healthier alternative to bacon or can't eat pork then I'd say that this is a reasonable replacement. I used mine to make toasted tomato sandwiches on gluten free bread to keep it a gluten free meal as I am a celiac.

I really wanted to love this product as 30+ year old daily coffee consumption has resulted in my teeth being stained. I liked that this product is alcohol free, contains no dyes and freshens breath all while whitening teeth, however the promised no burning did not work out for me. I had trouble keeping this mouth rinse in my mouth long enough to actually rinse my teeth properly. I did feel a strong burning sensation on my tongue and the roof of my mouth and found the mint taste to be way too strong. I also found that while my teeth seem a touch brighter they are a bit more sensitive. I wish I could have really loved this product but I don't.

First and foremost these are surprisingly yummy, not too sweet, tart or acidic feeling on the tongue(if you have ever had an apple cider vinegar shot you will understand). I love that they are gluten-free and non-GMO while containing Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar. I have recently been told by my doctor to take B12 supplements as my levels are low so I am happy that these contain B12 and the seem to be helping me feel more energetic overall.

So I have have to admit I am in my 50s and peri-menopause has been kicking the crap out of me but probably the worst of my symptoms are hot flashes and night sweats which wake me up numerous times a night and thus contribute to me feeling extra fatigued. These symptoms make it difficult for me to initially get to sleep and then once awoken to get back to sleep. I was very happy to be given the opportunity to try this Herbal Relief Therapy from Swiss Natural. For me, after a little more than a week's worth of regular use, I noticed a reduction in the frequency and severity of my hot flashes and night sweats. As a result of the improvement of these 2 symptoms I have also noticed that I am sleeping better and longer (of course not waking up soaked in my own sweat several times a night helps my sleep quality) and thus also feeling less tired when I get up in the morning. I do also find it very difficult to get back to sleep when awoken in the middle of the night so not waking up several times a night reduces any insomnia I may have. I like that this product is free of artificial flavours and colours, and contain no preservatives, sweeteners, dairy, gluten, wheat or yeast. -

I have hit that stage of my life wherein my overall cholesterol levels have gone from normal to quite high, so high that I have been prescribed cholesterol reducing medication. In general, I do like to use natural alternatives to assist with my health and wellness thus I am very happy that this product can be used together with my prescription medication in order to bring my cholesterol levels under control. I like that you can customize your dosage of this product based on how much you want to reduce your cholesterol levels, 2 capsules per day is the standard dosage and 4 capsules per day for a more accelerated reduction. Love that these are gluten free (am a celiac so this is extra important), and they contain no artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners, preservatives, dairy, wheat or yeast... I think it is always better to contain natural ingredients. The capsules are fairly large in size but really easy to swallow even for someone like me with a sensitive gag reflex. -

Now all of these are paraben free and they work well together to help achieve smoother and healthier looking hair.
The Sealing Serum also has the same scent as the other 2 products I tried from this line. Just a couple pumps dispenses the perfect amount that can be smoothed easily through either my wet or fully dry hair. I like that can apply this to my hair right before going to bed at night and then wake up with beautifully smooth, and shiny hair that is not greasy or heavy. I think you can really see the difference with just one use.
This Trio works well to make dry and damaged hair look healthy, smooth and glossy.

My hair has some pretty dry and damaged ends, I am not sure if it is due to me getting older or if it is because I dye my Grey hair with henna but whatever the reason, this set of hair care products from OGX came at the perfect time. Now all of these are paraben free and they work well together to help achieve smoother and healthier looking hair.
The shampoo lathers well and a little goes a long way. It has a nice pleasant smell not too strong or perfumy. Once the shampoo has been rinsed out my hair feels instantly smoother to the touch and it feels clean without any residue, plus my scalp also feels clean without being oily or too dry or itchy.
This Trio works well to make dry and damaged hair look healthy, smooth and glossy.

Today I would like to share 3 products for hair,
My hair has some pretty dry and damaged ends, I am not sure if it is due to me getting older or if it is because I dye my Grey hair with henna but whatever the reason, this set of hair care products from OGX came at the perfect time. Now all of these are paraben free and they work well together to help achieve smoother and healthier looking hair.
This conditioner has the same pleasant scent as the shampoo and I find I don't need to use as much of this Conditioner as I do with most other brands. I usually need to use more Conditioner than shampoo and while this product is no different in that respect the relative quantity to other similar products is less. I find it smooths through my hair easily and rinses out quickly without leaving any greasy or heavy residue. My usually scratchy and crunchy ends (often they feel like pot scrubbers) are softer and the best part is that I can brush my hair out immediately, even while still wet, with almost no snags or tangles.
This Trio works well to make dry and damaged hair look healthy, smooth and glossy.
