Malheureusement pour moi, pas de différences dans mes symptômes de pré menopause ! Par contre je n’ai pas de chaleur ou de sécheresse donc à ce niveau je ne peux pas juger de l’efficacité non plus !

Helps reduce the symptoms

So I have have to admit I am in my 50s and peri-menopause has been kicking the crap out of me but probably the worst of my symptoms are hot flashes and night sweats which wake me up numerous times a night and thus contribute to me feeling extra fatigued. These symptoms make it difficult for me to initially get to sleep and then once awoken to get back to sleep. I was very happy to be given the opportunity to try this Herbal Relief Therapy from Swiss Natural. For me, after a little more than a week's worth of regular use, I noticed a reduction in the frequency and severity of my hot flashes and night sweats. As a result of the improvement of these 2 symptoms I have also noticed that I am sleeping better and longer (of course not waking up soaked in my own sweat several times a night helps my sleep quality) and thus also feeling less tired when I get up in the morning. I do also find it very difficult to get back to sleep when awoken in the middle of the night so not waking up several times a night reduces any insomnia I may have. Works better than I anticipated

I was excited to to try Swiss Naturals Menolinrium because I have been experiencing quite a few peri-menopausal symptoms. While I didn’t notice any change the first few days, after about a week I started to notice my symptoms lessen. I’m glad to see these are gluten free and co rain no sweeteners. I will definitely be adding these to my vitamin routine and hope for continued improvement.

Felt no difference

First week of taking it I got a bad headache so I stopped for a week then started to take it again as instructed. I have a lot of joint pain which was why I wanted to try this, but didn't find it made any difference. My rheumatologist doctor also advised against it since herbal remedies are not regulated.
