It's a fact. I'm lazy. This product, which I got to try for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club, was made for someone like me. You hear about all of the reasons why it's so important to wash your face every night but I still think: the struggle is real. I've tried other make up wipes and waterless cleansers before but they all seemed to leave behind an unwanted residue or scent. Or they simply didn't clean as well as washing your face. This product however was the opposite. Every night, I'd wipe my face with this product on a cotton pad and with a swipe or two, my face was makeup free, scent free and residue free as if I had just washed my face! I also thought my face was less dry. All in all, I would buy this in a heartbeat. -

I was excited to try this product as part of the Product Review Club and I was not disappointed at all! I loved the texture of the cream as it was a thicker consistency. I love that it's a pump dispenser instead of a pot so I don't have to get lotion stuck under my fingernails. I've been using this brightener and moisturizing for the past few weeks and I have noticed a difference in skin tone and texture. There's definitely a noticeable glow that I didn't have before. One thing I will say is that the scent is very very strong. I find the smell a bit too overpowering but I love the formulation. Suffice to say, i continue to use it on the daily but wish it was scent free. -

I got a chance to try the Maybelline New York Dream Blender as part of the Product Review Club and was pleasantly surprised. Initially, I was skeptical that the blender would allow for better application and control versus my fingers but boy was I wrong. The beauty blender evenly applied foundation in all the nooks and crannies around my nose and hairline better than my fingers. Overall, I'd recommend the dream blender to my friends and family. -

I'm not sure which "I-word" I should use here but it's either "impressed" or "insulted" because my husband's reaction was "Wow, honey you look way younger!" :) I was fortunate to try Maybelline New York Dream Foundation as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club and I absolutely love it! I'm a huge fan of their Dream Matte Mousse products so I was surprised that I found something else I loved even more. The texture of the foundation is initially very thick out of the tube but a little goes a long way. I used about 3 peas' worth of foundation to get really great coverage on my face. There is no scent. The texture is super smooth to put on. I love the soft matte finish. It lasted the whole day and I didn't feel like I had anything on! I found that the foundation works really well with the Dream Blender which surprised me as I usually think it's easier or better control to apply foundation with my hands. This will definitely replace my existing foundation. Love!! -

I have been using both the AM & PM Dark Spot Corrector daily for nearly 2 weeks now and am super happy with it. I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin's radiance and texture. However,I didn't notice a significant change in the pigmentation of any of my trouble spots. The product is easy to apply (tubes are so much better than jars because I don't get stuff stuck under my fingernails!!), goes on effortlessly, absorbs nearly instantly, didn't make my sensitive skin react and wasn't greasy. It's important to note that the instructions say to make sure you use a minimum SPF 15 with this product during the day. All in all, a great product but a bit pricey. -

I received a sample of the GOSH lip lacquer as part of the Product Review Club and I was pleasantly surprised! It comes in a cute and easy to use nail Polish-esque bottle with a sponge applicator. Although the colour didn't really go well with my complexion, it stayed on for more than 3hrs (shock!!) through a ramen noodle lunch and didn't run past my lip line (double shock!). I liked that the texture was half gloss (minus the sticky hair mess) half lipstick. One thing that bugged me a bit was the overwhelming smell of sweet watermelon meets cotton candy. I prefer something without a scent but that's just me. -

I received a sample of the GOSH Double Precision Mascara as part of the Product Review Club and was super excited to try this mascara. Unfortunately, this product did not do wonders for me and it did not perform as well as other mascaras that I've used in the past. The 2 sided wand felt a bit awkward to use. I immediately tried using the voluminous side on my top lashes. The brush wasn't able to grab my eyelashes so I had to apply 3 coats. I attempted to use the precision side of the wand on my lower lashes and it resulted in a hot mess. There was more mascara on my under-eye area than on my lashes. As for longevity, I give it a 2/5 as it didn't survive a 12 hour work day. Sadly, I would not recommend this mascara to those who have short, sparse and very straight lashes like myself. -

Upon opening the sample I received as part of the Chick Advisor review club, I had powder all over my hands! Not a good sign. BUT it gave me an opportunity to play with the product. The first go around, I applied the powder with my hands. The texture is very creamy and easy to blend however, it went on quite patchy. I tried again the next day and this time, used a mineral powder brush to apply. It went on much smoother and was more medium to full coverage. As the day wore on, I noticed that it started to get a bit cakey and did not stay smooth. I was a bit disappointed and was really gunning for this to be the next addition to my make-up arsenal. -

I loved the way blush stick glided on my cheeks. The application is super silky smooth and was easy to blend. It goes on like a cream blush but transforms into a light powdery finish. I love that it's fragrance free and didn't feel heavy on my cheeks. Unfortunately, the colour didn't really compliment my skin tone but I will be buying this again in another shade....I loved loved loved the silky texture!

As part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club, I received a sample of the CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion. Like the AM facial moisturizer, I really liked the "non-flashy" packaging. My initial reaction to the PM moisturizing lotion is that it is super lightweight and very much fragrance free. Over 14 days of use, I really thought that this will be a fantastic replacement for my usual moisturizer as I've noticed that my skin feels moisturized until the morning but not greasy, skin elasticity has improved (i.e. bouncier skin!), and my normally sensitive skin had reduced redness. This lotion will most definitely be replacing my usual moisturizer...super excited to have found this! -
