I was pleasantly surprised with both the taste and texture of the Decadent Fudge Nutriforme Bars. The texture was fudgy without being cakey and had small bits of crunch that were a nice touch. They tasted somewhere between a protein bar and a chocolate bar and for a protein bar that is saying a lot! They didn't have the typical "protein bar" aftertaste which was a relief. 18g of sugar is a bit high for a meal replacement bar in my opinion but for something to keep your calorie intake even it was a nice treat from a meal replacement or protein shake. It had a fairly low sodium count too which was a positive. All in all I would use it again, but probably not as a daily thing because of the sugar content. -

Brookside Chocolate Tablet Bar in Blueberry Almond with Açai Flavour
Loved the rich dark chocolate flavoured with blueberry in this bar. It was a great treat. I wish the chunks of almond had been better, it would have added to the texture.

This was a good chocolate bar. I taste tested 3 different flavours of the brookside chocolate and this was my least favourite of the 3. I did enjoy it, bit would have liked the coconut to have been a more predominant flavour. I found the chunks of mango to be a little large for my liking, but that is personal preference. Overall it was a good chocolate bar with Brookside's signature delicious chocolate, and although it wasn't my personal favourite, I would still recommend it to those that enjoy a milder flavour. -

This bar was amazing. The crisp and creamy textures went great together and the tartness of the cherry went well against the subtle sweet pomegranate and strong dark chocolate flavour. I really enjoyed this chocolate bar!

McCain Smiles
My kids love these little smiles and they are a great change-up from the traditional fries or tater tots :) There are never any leftovers! Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, even Daddy gets a smile when he sees them on the table :)

I was really excited to receive this product from ChickAdvisor to review! As a curvy girl who is only 5'6 I am often wearing out the hem on pants that fit me well but are a little too long. I am not very proficient at using the sewing machine so these permanent hem bonding strips seem like the perfect solution for me. They were easy to apply, and did a perfect job of hemming a pair of my favourite jeans so that they no longer dragged on the floor. I used them on maternity jeans because I am at the point where I will be wearing flats the rest of this pregnancy so I was happy for a tidy way to make these jeans a better fit. I was very impressed with how easy there were and how well they worked. -

As a temporary fix when you lose a button when you are out, this is a great product to have on hand in your purse. I got this free from ChickAdvisor to review so I tried it on a shirt that was already missing a button. It did not look completely normal and was a little uncomfortable against my skin. However, it held together well. It would be good if you lost a button in a pinch. I will be keeping one in my purse for emergencies! -

I was really excited to receive this product from ChickAdvisor to review. I am not very tall but I often wear heels so I love the idea of an adjustable hem so I don't have to have two sets of pant lengths. I tried this out on a pair o my maternity jeans so I could wear flats and I was really pleased with the results. It was super easy to put on and held up well all day - no worn out hem on my jeans! Great product and not too pricey :) -
