So far better than any other strips I've tried, Biore strips are extremely sticky, providing a tighter cling to any black/white heads that might be protruding from your pores. I have tried other lesser known brands of pore strips, peel off masks such as Boscia, homemade strips from gelatine and egg yolk, but none are as effective or as sticky as Biore. Keep in mind that these strips are not a permanent solution nor are they 100% effective. You will need to maintain proper hygiene and wash/exfoliate your face frequently to keep the oil and dirt at bay. The first time you use these strips, it may sting a tiny bit because as mentioned before it's sticky and will cling to your skin. I use these once or twice a month but according to the instructions you can use them once a week as well! -

I find that with these wipes, while it easily removes foundation and almost any face makeup, it is difficult to remove my eye makeup. Especially mascara and gel eyeliner. It works well with sensitive skin, but make sure if you have heavy makeup on, wash your face with a bit of facial cleanser or be prepared to use multiple wipes to get your face clean! -

The shade I got was Creamy Beige, which has a very pink (cool) undertone. The foundation itself is average, not the smoothest application but it gets the job done with a medium coverage. The design of the product is something I do not like,though. There's no pump, so the first time I used it, I had to turn the glass bottle upside down and forcefully shake the product on to my hand. What ended up happening is a whole glop of foundation came pouring out so I've learned to close the cap and then shake the glass bottle so i can scoop some product from the cap to use. This foundation is very affordable though, so it doesn't hurt to try it! -

I have greasy hair so a hydrating shampoo with conditioner wasn't on my shopping list when I ran out of shampoo. What attracted me to this product is its amazing scent and affordable price. I was able to get this shampoo for $2.50 with a coupon so why not try it out? Usually, applying conditioner to my hair would leave it flat and greasy looking the next day. However, Herbal Essences did a good job because my hair was soft and silky (and smelling awesome) for almost 2 days..until I had to wash it again. So give this a try if you haven't, Herbal Essences has a variety of fragranced shampoos if you're picky about the smell! -

This product has become my new favourite drugstore foundation! It has sheer to medium coverage depending on the application and does not feel greasy on the skin at all! I have combination skin and one of my other worries are creasing and large pores around the nose and cheek area. I use a higher quality primer and lightly dab the foundation on my skin with a beauty blender...perfection! It has little to no fragrance, which is a big plus for me and is very affordable (price to product ratio). My only suggestion to the company is to have the foundation in pump or tube format. This product currently comes in a little glass jar, which gets very messy with finger dipping, tumbling around in my purse (which result in the product getting all over the lid). But otherwise, a big thumbs up! -

I received my Vichy ProEven advanced Dark Spot Corrector for free as a part of the ChickAdvisor Review Club. Over the use of about 2 weeks, I recorded any changes to the dark spots on my face. I noticed my face had gotten softer and silkier but the darkspots were still visible. after another 2 weeks, the results were a bit better. My darkspots were still there but the overall health of my skin has significantly improved. Ever since I started using this product, I have strictly followed up with my skincare routine in the past month. I will have to continue using the Dark spot corrector for another month to compare the before and after picture of my darkspots and know for sure if this product is worth the price. -

I ended up loving it anyway because the size was still relatively thin, it had a great scent if you're ever worried about odour control, the adhesive strip I find is a a bit stronger than some of the other liners I've used, which is a plus, AND there's coupons for $1 or $2 off for this line of products practically anywhere if you look! -

I bought this sunscreen at Shoppers Drug Mart for around $12. It smells great and offers good protection for the sun in the summer. I recommend using this sunscreen only on the body because it did leave a greasy feeling after application, but personally I didn't mind because I have dry skin so it added a shine to my arms and legs. This sunscreen is a bit heavy to use on the face, but it is waterproof, which is nice. -
