OxiClean™ Colour Shield Laundry Stain Remover Powder
I am impressed! I had heard about Oxi clean powder previously from friends that raved about but I confess that it was the price that held me back from trying it. Now I am sold, I feel that it pays for itself in the stained clothing that it can save.

OxiClean™ MaxForce™ Foam Laundry Pre-Treater
I really liked the foam laundry pre-treatment. The foam allowed it to pinpoint stains with less waste than a spray. It worked great on grease stains, even old set-in stains.

I got a chance to try the Canada Dry blackberry gingerale courtesy of the Chickadvisor review club. My kit arrived with a coupon for the product along with some coasters and straws. I had already seen the blackberry gingerale in stores and was very excited to try it. My entire family loved the blackberry gingerale. The drink was delicious and refreshing it was sweet without being to sweet. I thought it had good blackberry flavour with just the slightest hint of ginger. The flavour reminded me of a candy I used to buy (the name escapes me) the drink is a very lovely colour as well. We have already bought more. It is supposed to be a limited time only but I hope it will become regularly available -

I am guessing they are geared to children but I still like them as a side dish with pretty much any meal. -

The McCain super spirals are a fun, spicy treat. Kids really seem to like them and adults too. They are convenient and easy to cook. I like to have them every once in awhile as a change from regular fries or some other side dish.

Nexxus Humectress Conditioner
I really like this conditioner. It works very well on my aging, coloured, damaged frizzy hair. After I use it, my hair feels so soft and looks smooth and shiny. It has a lovely scent as well.

I tested this product for free through chickadvisor. I do love Canada Dry products in general, and I drink club soda quite often so I was certain I would enjoy the lemon-lime club soda. I wasn't disappointed. I drank the club soda, cold from the can, over ice and in mixed alcohol based drinks. I found it to be very a refreshing, thirst quenching drink on a hot day. The lemon-lime flavour is subtle and natural. It gives it a little something extra, as opposed to plain club soda. I do like a squeeze of lemon or lime in my club soda, so this is nice if I don't have those fruits available. I often find soft drinks too sweet, and they don't really quench my thirst. I will certainly buy this product again. -

I got to try Vichy Idealia Life Serum, along with the Idealia skin sleep. The life serum is an amazing moisturizer. I use it in the morning and evening. It has a soft silky texture and goes on smoothly. My skin feels so soft and my complexion has a smoother, dewy appearance since using these products. At my age I need all the help I can get and I am pleased with the results of the Vichy Idealia line of products. I will absolutely buy this again. -

I was lucky enough to be able to receive the Vichy skin sleep product to review for ChickAdvisor. I have been using the skin sleep in conjunction with the Idealia life serum. I have to say I am quite pleased with the results. I am 52 years old and my skin is looking softer and smoother. The results are subtle, but noticeable. I use the skin sleep 3 times a week. It is a softly scented, luxurious feeling cream. I will continue to use this product. -

For anyone that has to eat gluten-free, you know how hard it can be to find really good gluten free versions of your old favourites. Well I found an awesome gluten free tortilla made by Grimm's fine foods. We already buy and enjoy a lot of their gluten free meat products and I just recently discovered the tortillas. In the past we have tried different varietys of brown rice/teff flour or corn tortillas. The texture is just too tough and chewy. They are quite costly for something that we don't really like. Sometimes you really want a burrito or a wrap so we make do. The Grimms tortillas look like a regular wheat flour tortilla in size and colour. The package cost 5.99 for 6 tortillas, on the expensive side but they are so good I don't mind paying the price. I made cheese and chicken quesadillas on one occasion and I could barely tell the difference from a regular tortilla. On another night, I heated the tortillas in the oven to soften them up (as per package instructions) and used them to make wraps. They softened up nicely and they were easy to wrap up around the sandwich filling without tearing. The texture and flavour were pretty close to a wheat flour tortilla. Other gluten free tortillas tend to be too tough, dry and chewy, and are difficult to wrap without tearing. I'm so glad I found these! -
