The portion size and nutrition values are what you'd expect of a protein bar. Gives you energy and keeps you full for a good amount of time. Texture is dense, again as expected from a protein bar. Flavour was disappointing. I didn't taste any flavour in particular. Compared to the cashew & salted caramel flavour, this flavour was less sweet, which I appreciate. However, again, there was a bitter after taste. I could understand if that aftertaste tasted like pea or other sources of plant protein, but it didn't. It was just lingering and unpleasant. Packaging is nice, and bar looks appealing, and I understand this isn't meant to be a tasty dessert, but I think there is space for improvement in the taste of this product.

Flavour was disappointing. I tasted chocolate and sweetness, but other than that, not much other flavour. In fact, after the sweetness, there was a bitter after taste. This is among the new flavours of Nature Valley cereal bars. There are two thin, dense, and crispy biscuits that aren't too sweet, with a generous cocoa filling inside. The filling looks more chocolatey than it tastes. It's similar to chocolate hazelnut spread, but you can taste the almond butter. I found it filling and satisfying. As for nutritional value, it's alright. I definitely won't consider it diet food, but there's enough fibre (3g) and protein (4g) in it to keep me feeling full for quite a while. Would definitely try the peanut butter flavour too! -

I was worried it would taste too much of banana, but the blend was actually quite perfect! I tasted apple most, but also flavours of banana and pineapple, which was pleasant. Sweetness was a natural level. Portion sizes were appropriate as a snack or part of breakfast. I appreciated that I didn't need to chew. As I'd written in the raspberry flavour review, I was hoping there would be a bit more fibre in one serving, seeing how it's advertised with "+fibre", and I think they could've snuck a bit more into it without changing the texture. -

For a product that emphasizes fibre content, the nutrition facts are not very impressive. There's 1 g extra fibre compared to the original version. Having said that I appreciate that they haven't added other source of fibre that might make the texture gummy just to boost fibre content. In terms of taste, I had expected an artificial taste that I've associated with berry flavoured products, but it tasted good! All in all, aside from the product's fibre advertisement, I think it's a great snack that's reasonably healthy. -

I had high hopes for this product, after hearing so many good comments and seeing so many positive reviews for products from this brand. They're supposed to smell good and work well. But this one fulfilled neither criteria. It smelled like beeswax. I could not smell any scent of the mixed berry that was advertised on the packaging. It left my lips itchy and dry, and after multiple reapplications in one afternoon, I had peeling skin around the edges of my lips. I haven't had a similar experience from other lip balms in recent years. I usually use Vaseline or Nivea lipbalms without issue. They're also pretty expensive. The two things I liked about this product were that the packaging looked cute and it was easy to apply. Overall, this was a disappointment and I would not be returning to similar products by this brand in the future unless their formula changes. -

I found this product at Costco recently - not sure how long they will carry it for - and decided to try it. My main applications for matcha is for use in lattes and desserts. This product is from Japan, and has the brighter green colour and less bitter taste compared to matcha powder from China or Taiwan. The pricing at Costco is the best I've found so far for Japanese matcha powder and is more affordable than buying small amounts. It comes in a vacuum-sealed foil package, inside the cardboard can, which has a tight tin stopper lid.
There is another type of matcha powder that has a more granular appearance and stronger taste - it usually comes in glass jars - and this isn't that type. However, for the price and availability, this product is well worth it. I would totally recommend this to anyone who uses matcha regularly.

I discovered this cream after a promotional sample offer and have been using it regularly since. I have a history of waxing and waning, pretty extensive hand eczema and have tried several brands of creams and lotions. Nothing seemed to reliably help keep the eczema in remission. The Cerave cream is the best product that I've found so far that soothes dry, itchy skin, and that keeps the eczema from returning. It is non-greasy, scentless, absorbs quickly, and lasts a long time before I feel the need to reapply. It doesn't leave any sticky residue on my hands, and doesn't sting, or irritate, even when I have active or healing scratches on my hands. It's rather pricey compared to what I used to use before, but well worth it. My main complaint is that it doesn't come in a sealed container. The container is pretty big and yet, it sits on the shelf with just a screw-on lid. You never know whether someone else has opened it and sneezed inside or something. -

This scrub has a very fine texture, and pleasant smell, though not one that necessarily smells like green tea. When applied to skin, there is a satisfying cleansing feeling, though this leaves the skin noticeably drier afterwards if no lotion or cream is applied. A clean scent lingers after washing. Though this is advertised for use on the face, I find it too harsh for regular use on the face. I often use this for arms or other places where I have rough or bumpy areas of skin that need exfoliation. When used occasionally, I don't notice any difference to my skin besides more dryness immediately after. When used regularly, I do notice my skin becomes clearer and smoother. Over all, I do use this product a little differently than what it is advertised for, but find it a pleasant essential that I will keep restocking unless I find something better. -
