I was lucky enough to be chosen to review this for free from the ChickAdvisor Review Club.
I tried diet version of the Canada Dry Cranberry Ginger Ale and on first taste, "Wow, yummy". I'm not a super big fan of cranberry drinks in general, but this was amazing. It has the perfect mix of ginger ale and cranberry flavours without any diet drink after taste.
It has decent value, for being a special limited time offer product, it was priced similar to other fizzy drinks.
I was definitely be buying this again. Both for the holidays and for regular Friday night fizzy drink treat. I can wait to explore and experiment with different cocktails that can be made with this.

I was chosen to review Cucumber and green tea scent. On first sniff, smells amazing. It went on oddly wet, but dried fairly quick. I had high hopes as I'm trying to live a more natural route, which using items that made with more natural ingredients, and aluminum free deodorant is on that list.
I work a fairly active job and sweat quite a bit. My high hopes for this diminished after a few hours of work and realizing I could smell that lovely stench of sour sweat. Even got a few glances from coworkers. After that, to keep with the review I started to bring it with me and found I had to reapply it every few hours.
I loved the idea of aluminum free deodorant and loved the scent but it isn't strong enough for a physically intensive job and I won't be purchasing it in the future.

My hair started to thin and fall out in my early 20s, so I was extremely excited to try this. I've tried many other hair thickening/volumizing products and nothing really worked until this.
Right away after the first time I used it I noticed my hair was softer, thicker and had much more volume to it. I'm excited to see how my hair is after each wash now as each time my hair becomes thicker and more beautiful.
You can tell it works immediately and even in the shower, you can feel your scalp tingling when it is applied to your hair.
The one downfall to this product is the scent, which is extremely powerful. Even after I unboxed it and put it in my bathroom without opening the bottle, within an hour my bathroom smelled the menthol oil ingredient in it.
The value is decent, depending on how important your hair is to you. I've been looking for years to find something that would actually work, so to me this is a great value and will continue to use it and most likely buying it again in the future.

I was very skeptical at first when I received this but very quickly have turned into a lifetime user. My skin is incredibly dry, especially in the winter. I get dry scaly spots around my mouth and on my cheeks. This cream has made my skin super soft and healthier looking. I almost think it gives my face a soft glow.
It leaves no greasy feel and is absorbed into my skin almost immediately.
The little jar is adorable but it was dropped a few times (never broke however). I found it was difficult to keep a good grip the jar on when applying the cream. I love the scent of it, which is a it strong at first but is pleasant.
While it is a bit expensive, that little jar goes a long way. My skin is extremely dry and I only have to use a pea-size amount in the morning and night. It is definitely worth every penny and I will be buying it again. I have already recommended it to my mother and will recommend to anyone with problematic dry skin.

When I started my weight loss journey, one thing someone recommended was buying a protein powder and replace one meal a day with it. I bought vega french vanilla for this. By itself with just almond milk is a bit blah, still tastes semi-ok but can be hard to choke down every day. Adding a banana and some berries makes it a bit more palatable. Would recommend for anyone looking to add some protein to their diet in a vegan way. -

I was excited to try Breyers creamy chocolate delights product. I loved how the calories for the whole pint was clearly advertised, because how many people don't eat the whole pint in one sitting?
The design of the container was cute and it really stood out from the other brands of ice cream.
On first opening of the tub, my first thought was, "that's some odd looking ice cream" as the texture looked more like bubbly whipped cream than ice cream. It was almost like a granulated texture.
On first spoonful, it tasted divine - not too sweet but still chocolatey enough to soothe some sugar cravings that had been nagging at me since I bought this in the store. While it did taste excellent, it deviated too far from the usual taste of ice cream than I would have liked. It tasted more like eating thick whipped cream than ice cream.
I'm still undecided whether I would buy it again or not, as it is fairly pricey at $6.99 a pint and it didn't impress me enough to add it to my guilty pleasures list.

As an avid muffin baker, I try to have a stash of bran or oatmeal muffins in my freezer most of the time for those times I'm busy and don't have time to cook before work, for the price tag of $4.99 for 4, I was looking forward to these and expected them to be better than my own homemade muffins.
While they did taste very good, they were moist and soft and not overly sweet but for that high of a price, they are not worth it. I'd rather make my own for much cheaper. However, I'd recommend them for someone that doesn't bake, or have the time to bake, they would definitely be a quick and healthy option to have on hand. Since they are individually wrapped, they would be great for lunches and on the go.

I enjoyed the Good & Simple Cranberry Orange and Flax bars, they were soft, moist and very flavorful without being too sweet. I couldn't taste any of the dried cranberries but the hint of orange flavor was perfect for these.
I could definitely see them becoming a part of a regular quick, on-the-go breakfast for days I work super early and would rather sleep an extra 10 minutes than make and eat breakfast. Especially since after reading the ingredients, I saw no chemicals or unpronounceable ingredients listed - actually the first ingredient is whole grains.
The only downside is that they are a bit pricey, $4.49 per 5 bars and with no preservatives, the shelf life is a bit short. However, I would still recommend them for a quick, healthy treat or breakfast replacement.

I really enjoyed experiencing Aveeno apricot and honey yogurt body wash.
On first impression, the soft scent of the apricot goes well together with the sweetness of the honey, without it being overwhelming. When first squeezed out of the bottle, I was worried that the scent would be too strong for the workplace, but after rinsing off, the scent was light and soft.
It kept my skin moisturized all day, my usual flaky dry skin was soft and lightly scent.
When reading the bottle, it gave instructions for using as a shaving gel, which I definitely had to try! It worked great as a shaving gel, almost better than my usual shaving cream. It says to use a thick layer to shave with, which did make the bottom of my shower extremely slick and slippery but otherwise I would use it again to shave with.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone with dry skin issues like myself, I know I'll be buying this again in the future!
