There are no fillers and this is unflavored, making for a great addition to any milkshake or smoothie, without losing any of the natural flavors from the foods. Fantastic protein option to add to salad dressing and dips as well! I haven't seen this in the store yet, but will keep my eye out so I can purchase another container. Thanks ChickAdvisor! -

I love Danone DanActive! I drink these when I start to feel a cold coming on. Great for any day though really! My favorite flavor is strawberry. A quick and easy way to get some dairy in. I get these at Walmart and Costco.

We could go through so many bags of these... They come in resealable packages and also single serve bags within a box of 6. Great price on a healthy crunchy snack. Not too veggie tasting. Love the crispiness.

Girl Guide cookies are a MUST buy! They have the best chocolate and vanilla mixed boxes of cookies ever! They are at $5 per box but worth it; money goes towards the Girl Guide clubs and we get a nice treat.

Excel Mints Spearmint
These are my favourite mints to keep handy! I have them in my purse and in the kitchen. Not too minty at all. I grab a couple of these at a time at Walmart. Love the flip lid!

I tried Flora Flor*Essence Herbal Detox Tea Blend and it was a good experience. It was hard on my stomach the first couple tries, as noted on the label this could happen. So I Reduced the dosage as directed ad worked my way back up to full dosage again. I found my body is not as sluggish and it improved digestion. I will be doing another detox round in another 6 months or so to keep my body working as it should. The lady at the health food store advised Flor*Essence is very popular at her store, and cancer patients use it to rid of toxins. -
