I received this product to test for free as part of the Product Review Club. I was super excited to try this eyeshadow palette as soon as I saw it! The shades looked absolutely gorgeous in the packaging and I appreciated the clear see-through case that allows the user to see which shades are in the palette. You have the possibility of combining a variety of colors to create both smokey and a few natural looks. There are 12 shades in all with a mix of 3 matte and 9 shimmery textures, but I have to say, I liked the consistency of the shimmery shades better. I found some colors, like the gold at the upper right hand corner, were super pigmented, while some of the shades needed a little bit more work to turn out like what you see in the pan. I would have liked there to have been a light to medium matte taupe, something to blend out the crease with. Not too much fallout when I applied the eyeshadows, although again, some performed better than others. I used these with a primer underneath and they lasted all day. Therefore, although there is room for improvement, I think it's an awesome drugstore quality palette. Great for those wanting warm, neutral tones for everyday wear at an affordable price. -

I received this product to test for free as part of the Product Review Club. This was my first experience trying any type of strobing highlighter and I do have to say, I was a little apprehensive at first as to how I should apply this. I decided to try it two ways: both under and over my foundation. I preferred to use it under since it gave my skin a more subdued effect whereas over the foundation looked more frosted, shimmery and intense for my taste. I also found that I did need to work the product into my skin quickly though. It tends to dry rapidly, so make sure you blend it as soon as possible to avoid it looking a little patchy. I liked the fact that I didn't need to use a lot of product to get the desired effect, so this tube will be lasting me quite a while. I even experimented using it as a browbone and inner eye corner highlighter and the results were very pretty. All in all, the strobing effect is stunning and I would consider purchasing this in the future. -

I received this product to test for free as part of the Product Review Club. When I first saw this product, I thought it looked very professional. I have a very similar correcting kit from a higher end brand that delivers the same concept and for which I paid triple the amount for. I think Maybelline's version is a great compromise for those wanting to save money but still get quality results. The Master Camo Colour Correcting Kit in "Light" is divided into three sections: Correct (yellow and green), Conceal (peachy beige and a yellow-toned beige), Highlight (light pink-toned beige and a shimmery/pearlescent rose beige). I found the consistency to be very creamy and blendable and they are pigmented enough to do the job of correcting and concealing. The green shade covered redness really well, especially around my nose. I also blended the two concealer shades together to cancel out my undereye circles almost completely, which was impressive. I was disappointed to see, however, that after a few hours, the product did settle into fine lines and I would have to smooth it out again. The matte highlighter was best for brightening features like the bridge of my nose, browbone or cupid's bow while the shimmery shade provided a delicate glow to my cheekbones. I applied the correct and conceal shades under my foundation and they blended in really nicely. I was afraid the green shade, especially, would have looked odd under the foundation, but that was not the case. The highlighter shades went over the foundation and they did not disrupt the finish. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing this kit as it offers excellent value and it is multipurpose. Great for travelling too! -

I received this product to test for free as part of the Product Review Club. I've tried a few great concealers from Maybelline in the past and was really looking forward to trying this Brightening formula. It's in a stick format which makes for an easy glide-on application. The consistency is creamy, just as the name suggests and it blended very easily, even though my undereye and lid area are on the dry side. If you have oily lids/undereyes, then I suggest powdering the area well. Coverage was a bit sheer. I was able to build it to a point where dark circles seemed diminished but they weren't completely gone. I had to use other products over it to really cover them up completely, however, if you don't have major darkness in the undereye area, then this may cover very well for you. I did like using this concealer mainly as a brightner/highlighter on the bridge of my nose as well as my browbone to give it a lifted effect. It's a decent product that I wouldn't mind repurchasing. -

I received this product to test for free as part of the Product Review Club. This foundation was pretty good and the shade I received (ivory-15) matched my fair skin nicely. The cushion is saturated with the liquid foundation and there's a protective lid to cover it which holds a sponge/puff applicator. Personally, when I'm using this type of cushion foundation at home, I prefer to apply the product with a clean sponge every time, but for on-the-go purposes, the applicator they provide is a useful feature. In terms of consistency, it's lightweight and the coverage is medium and very buildable. I felt it was more than enough to balance out my skintone. I liked how flawless my skin looked afterwards and the finish really did give me that fresh, hydrated, glowy look. It applied well on the areas where my skin was drier and but on the more oily areas like my t-zone, I did need to touch up and apply powder to it. I found that after a few hours wearing it, the oiliness started to become more evident. The second time around using this foundation, I made sure to apply a primer underneath and powder on top and I noticed it remained flawless much longer. I'm curious how this will hold up during the very hot summer days, but in milder weather, it works well. In general, this is a very good foundation. If you want something portable and compact that delivers good results, then this is the product for you. -

I received an 80ml sample size of this product and it did not come with the "Scrublet" as advertised on its packaging. Therefore, I am strictly basing my opinion on the deep cleanser itself and not the combination of the two used together. My initial reaction when I used the product for the first time, is that it smelled good. It's a light, apricot scent, very fresh and pleasant. The exfoliating granules, although very tiny, can be felt on the skin. It sort of felt abrasive on my delicate skin, so when I tried to scrub deeper on areas where my pores tend to get clogged up, I could feel that it wasn't gentle at all. Therefore, I have to disagree that this is for "all skin types", as advertised. It did take a few rinses to fully remove the granules from my face, but with a few splashes of water, I was good to go. Afterwards, I did start to notice some dry patches on my chin area and forehead. Although the concept of this product was intentionally good, it just didn't work that well for me. I'm not sure if the scrublet would have made any difference, but I doubt it. -

I found this body wash to be average, however, I really did enjoy the way it smelled. It has a really lovely floral/fruity scent, so if you're a romantic at heart, then this body wash is for you. I would look forward to using it because of how good it smelled. Unfortunately, the scent didn't last too long on my skin. It's a shame since the fragrance is really what makes this body wash what it is. It did provide a rich lather and it rinsed away very well. My skin also felt hydrated afterwards. Although it's a decent product, I just don't see myself repurchasing this as my go-to body wash. The reason I bought it was because of the way it smelled, but I've tried other body washes that have been even more moisturizing and for which the scent has lasted longer than this does. I'll give it a thumbs up because it's not the worst, but I have tried better. -

I received this product for free as part of the Product Review Club. The Creamy Vanilla flavour of this yogurt was delicious. I loved eating it on its own as well as mixed in with granola and berries. It was sweet but not overpowering in taste. It smelled like vanilla and the texture was very creamy, not too thick and not too runny either. Although the unique pouch packaging saved space in the fridge, I would still prefer yogurt to come in a container format. When I was done with the pouch, I cut it open to make sure I got all the yogurt out, something you can directly see in a container. Apart from this fact, my family and I really enjoyed this. -

When it comes to concealing dark circles, I need all the help I can get. I had heard great things about this Maybelline concealer that I decided to give it try. I'm so glad I did! This is probably one of the best concealers for dark circles that I've tried in a long time. It's easy to use as it comes in a tube with a sponge tip applicator, so all you have to do is twist and swipe. Although the sponge applicator claims to have an anti-microbial system, I still prefer depositing the concealer on the back of my hand before applying it with my fingertip to the area I want. I not only use this on my undereye area but also on my lids as a form of primer for my eyeshadow. From time to time, I'll even highlight the bridge of my nose or cupid's bow with it. When I use my fingertip to blend the product in, it does not disrupt the coverage. It doesn't feel tacky or oily either. The consistency is creamy and after I powder the area, this does not budge the entire day. It also makes puffiness less noticeable, which is something I really appreciate. This means I don't have to pack on tons of product in order to look well-rested. Dark shadows are much less noticeable and it brightens the area beautifully. I also don't need to use a great amount to get the job done. I have fair skin and got mine in the "fair" shade and it matches perfectly. It is more expensive for a drugstore concealer, but you get what you pay for. Excellent product! -

If you have sensitive skin or are looking for a more gentle face wash, then this product is for you. This did not irritate my skin whatsoever and it didn't dry it out either. It was easy to rinse off since it has more of a liquid/gel consistency as opposed to a more creamy texture. The cleanser did not lather very much and I found some of the description to be misleading in this case. It claims to be a foaming formula, but I rarely got any suds, no matter how much I worked it into my skin. This isn't a bad thing, but not what was expected. As an ultra gentle formula, I also expected it to be free of any fragrance and this does have a scent to it. It's very light, yet still noticeable. Personally, I enjoyed the fresh scent. In terms of removing dirt/makeup, it was decent, but I've tried better cleansers for this purpose. I mainly used this formula in the morning just to refresh my face. I could see myself using this product more in the summer months when my skin is more sensitive due to the warm weather and I wear less makeup then, but I would need a deeper cleanser for the rest of the year. I'll still consider it, but it won't be my only option. -
