I love this mascara! The wand is very unique, it takes a bit of time to get used to it at first. It has a little ball on the end that makes it easy to reach the lashes right at the other and inner edges of the eye. It really separates and defines... +
I love this mascara! The wand is very unique, it takes a bit of time to get used to it at first. It has a little ball on the end that makes it easy to reach the lashes right at the other and inner edges of the eye. It really separates and defines each lash, so it is good for very defined and long lashes - every lash gets covered and the brush makes it easy to get right to the root of the lash without making a mess of your eyelid. The only con I would say is it is pricy, but it is definitely one of my favourite mascaras. -

I have always had very dry and flaky skin, especially on my face. This moisturizer is one of the most effective I have ever used. It actually feels like it is doing something for my skin, it feels like it both absorbs into the skin, but also sits on top of it, holding in the moisture. I put this on at night, and in the morning it still feels like a moisturizing layer is protecting my skin. I honestly have never felt another moisturizer that feels on my face the way that this does. It feels thick, like Vaseline, but very matte - because it is matte I can wear makeup over top of it.
The only negative I can find about this moisturizer... and a REALLY big negative at that... is the SMELL. I'm sorry but it is quite foul, sometimes it really turns my stomach. It smells like hospital cleaners, a strange carbolic smell. I really wish they would improve the smell ... Everything else about this product is wonderful.. Unless I can find something that works similarly, which I really have tried, I will continue to use this moisturizer, even with its funky smell...

I received this product to test as part of the product review club. Overall it was a pretty standard lubricant compared to other brands (eg. KY Jelly, even the basic Life Brand), so if it was more expensive I probably wouldnt bother buying it over those brands to be honest. It did work well, the formula was non-sticky. It lasted as long as other water based lubricant brands (not that long, ~10 minutes). I wish it lasted longer and didn't need to be reapplied as often, but all the water based brands I've tried last about the same. Overall a good product, the only thing that makes this better than any other brand is it has a nicer looking bottle :-P -

I picked up this product at the store while looking for a new concealer. I have been impressed with Revlon's products lately, so I decided to give this a shot. I really like this concealer! It is quite similar in consistency and colour to my Mac concealer that cost much more money. It does the job of concealing my blemishes, and blends in well. I have very fair skin, and this product comes in very light shades that work for me. This will be my new go to concealer, I can't justify spending on Mac when this works just as well for me. The only possible con I can see is that the applicator gets exposed to a lot of air while using, so it might dry out sooner than the Mac product (which comes in a tube), but I guess I will have to see what happens. I would recommend trying Revlon concealer if you are used to high end products, but are sick of spending the money. -

I bought this product because it was the cheapest dry shampoo at the store - I found out that is for a reason. This product doesn't really do anything to make my hair look less greasy, and it leaves it feeling damp and gross. It smells pretty good, which is the only positive to this product. After about 2 or 3 uses the can clogged up really badly. I tried to rinse it under warm water to unclog in multiple times, but I just couldn't get it to unclog. I just ended throwing it out because it sucked anyway. Save your money and buy something else (like Batiste). -

I received this product to test as part of the product review club. I have tried other dry shampoos in the past - Herbal Essences, Tresemme... maybe another one or two I'm not sure... but this is my favourite by far! This is the only product that does NOT get clogged in the can, every other can of dry shampoo I've had to throw out because it has gotten so badly clogged. And the Batiste dry shampoo sprays out fast and powerfully, so you only need a little bit. It doesn't leave my hair feeling damp like other dry shampoos. It works well to make my hair look much less greasy, so I can go an extra day or two (If I put it up) without having to wash it, and without having to worry that it looks stringy or greasy!
One only thing bad about this product I would say is the smell is quite strong when you first spray it, but it dissipates quickly and leaves your hair smelling good. One other slight negative to this product is that it makes your hair look white, once you rub it in that goes away, however if you were to spray a little too much it might be harder to make the white colour go away. I think I have seen another product in their line that is for darker hair, so I might have to try that.
I think that this product is very effective, and a good buy! Washing your hair less will maintain your hair colour and keep your hair more healthy, and it will save on shampoo, conditioner, and time spent drying hair - so while this product does cost a few bucks it definitely saves for you in the long run. I tell all my friends to try dry shampoo, it is really good on trips, sleepovers, or going camping, I always like to have a can around. Batiste will be my new go-to!

This product consists of a handheld machine that you stick exfoliating pads to. When you turn it on, the head of the system vibrates very quickly, and there are two different speed settings. It runs off of batteries, I have been using this for about a year and I have still not had to replace the batteries. You rub it all over your face, cleansing and exfoliating your skin gently. This product has really improved my skin, I have had fewer breakouts, and it clears away all my dry and flaky skin. It leaves my face feeling baby smooth, and makes applying makeup a dream. It has exfoliated away some of my dark spots and acne scars. You can also stick the pads for the Neutrogena Wave onto it, for every day use. The exfoliating pads are too harsh I find for every day use, they sort of feel like fine sandpaper. To save money I rinse out the pads and give them a second use, they keep their gritty texture quite well. This system was reasonably priced for what it offers (~30$), I think the refill pads are around 10/15$. I will definitely continue using this system, I love how it has improved my skin, it definitely has done all of the things it claims to do. -

Pros: Perfect colour for my fair skintone. I am usually the lightest foundation colours with a yellow undertone and this bronzer looks amazing on my skin. The colour is light, but buildable to create the perfect look. The package is cardboard which I like because it is biodegradeable. I also like how the packaging is deep so I don't have to worry about getting powder everywhere. The brush it comes with is soft and allows for light application (although I have a different brush that I use). I love that it is matte, I'm not a fan of shimmery makeup in general.
Cons: Expensive (~35$), not much product at all for the price. Packaging could be much nicer for the price.
While I really love this product and how it looks, I think I might look for a cheaper dupe in the future, it is a bit too pricy for me. If they gave you more product for the price, this would probably be a new staple in my makeup collection.

I have a few of these sprays, they are very inexpensive and come in everyday, wearable scents. I do not like overpowering smells, so this body spray is just right for me. Its perfect to throw on as you go out, or for a day to work. You get a lot of spray for the price. I spray it on my body or on my clothes and head out the door, it leaves me smelling good but not overpowering. It doesn't last forever, but I don't mind I still smell fresh for the day. I will definitely keep buying this product. -

I have this lipliner in four colours: Whirl, Spice, Boldly Bare and Subculture. I really like this product, the colours are all very wearable on an everyday basis. I've tried to find a drugstore dupe to cut costs but I have not been able to, this product looks so good it is worth the price. All of my lipliners are short and stubby because I wear them every day. They look great on many different skintones, I am quite pale and they work great on me. They are not too drying, I apply them all over my lips. The colour lasts very long, even after I eat. The sticks of lipliner are quite long, so you do get a good amount of product for the price. I would definitely recommend this product, they are a staple in my makeup collection! -
