Signature bamboo skewers
tried these out.. made kabobs and 2 times they broke and once was stabbed the item separated and half of it went through my finger.. bamboo splinter isn't fun.. sure they are easy to use for soft foods but steak bites no way..

I put this Muscle Mend to use on my sore shoulders and neck. Yes It does smell like ben gay but it travels deep into my muscles and gets rid of the tension and pain. unlike any other rub rub I have ever tried.. I blended it with coconut oil and wow what a difference.. -
