I tried the Swiss Natural Menolibrium capsules. I took 2 daily. It did seem to alleviate some symptoms or at least help reduce them such as night sweats and insomnia. I appreciate that there is no gluten, wheat, sweeteners or dairy as I can be sensitive to it. Would recommend trying but results may vary from person to person but definitely helped a bit! The pills are a bit large but as long as you are fine with taking pills you should be okay! -

I tried the Arm and Hammer HardBall Lightweight Litter. It was easy to mix it in and transition from my other Litter to the new one using the instructions on the side of the box. I like that the box has a spot to pour from. It is very fine and doesn't track much. It clumps well. My cat didn't seem to notice the change and went to his Litter box the same. The only deterrent for me is that it's scented otherwise I think it's a great product.

I love these spot patches for breakouts. I put one on right before bed and my skin was noticeably clearer in the morning. Very convenient and I keep them by my bed so I do not forget them when I need them. I would definitely use these again.
