I wasn't sure if it would matter if I even tried Promensil. Going into menopause sucked, and being in it sucks. I used this, and within a week I could tell. My night sweats practically stopped, my hot flashes lessened, my moods leveled out, and my energy increased. I don't know how it happened or if this is some kind of magic, but I will definitely keep this in the medicine cabinet.
