It's okay

I have tried the Promensil and I do notice a difference. I do like that my sweats have subsided, and I do feel some energy with it. My mood seems to have gotten better as well. It has no bad taste nor does it leave a bad taste. What I do not like is that it gives me dry mouth. All in all, I would purchase this product. I would recommend it as well. It comes in any easy to open package. A good value for a good quality product.

Makes a difference!!!

Somewhat effective

I've been using these for a month now and I did notice some differences. I had less hot flashes and I like that it's good for my heart and bone health. I didn't have any changes with my mood swings and was hormonal as usual. I was hoping this would help my mood and make me feel a bit mellow, but no I was still nasty.
