Best communication with shopper. You have real time texting with your shopper. So quality of goods can be excellent and you won't be left trying to make a stew without your beef (as can happen with others). However, major fees for delivery service and even at a cheaper grocery store nothing is on sale. So this is the worst one for value. -

Shreddies is great value when it is on sale - can get as low as $2 sometimes. A good breakfast cereal that's been around a long while. Good good whole wheat shreddies.

Several years with Grocery Gateway - depending on delivery right to my kitchen because of a disability. Then COVID hit and customers like me were left out in the cold - wondering how on earth we would get food. Why didn't GG prioritize their existing customer list - like other places? Now that new competition has entered, I would rather use Metro or Voila because I can only protest with my $ -

Grocery Gateway didn't prioritize its existing customers during covid. Nor would it bring things to my door. Voila staff was more than happy to wear masks and enter the building for a disabled person. Need to improve the website to build lists and... +
