Existing Customers forgotten during COVID

Several years with Grocery Gateway - depending on delivery right to my kitchen because of a disability. Then COVID hit and customers like me were left out in the cold - wondering how on earth we would get food. Why didn't GG prioritize their existing customer list - like other places? Now that new competition has entered, I would rather use Metro or Voila because I can only protest with my $

I am a busy mom of 3 and work full time. I find it hard to fit a proper grocery shopping into my day. Grocery gateway is the best thing that I have ever discovered. I love that I can sit down, order my groceries in less than a half an hour and have them delivered to my doorstep whenever I want.
