I was very careful when using this conditioner because I didn't want to use too much product as that might weigh down my hair. However that was not the case for this conditioner. I usually wash my hair at night so they are completely dry by morning without using too much heat. I woke up with my hair feeling very smooth... My hair was feeling refreshed without using a lot of products. This product smells amazing... I love using it.

I have very dry and dull hair which thinned even more post pregnancy. I was a little skeptical before using this shampoo since I have tried many other hydrating shampoos that did not work. To my surprise, this shampoo gives my hair a fuller feeling without weighing my hair down. My hair doesn’t feel as silky and smooth as I would like, but it doesn’t feel dull either. My hair usually feels flat and greasy on 2nd day but this shampoo helped with that. It improved the texture of my hair. Overall it is a good shampoo and I will definitely be buying it in the future.

I was very excited to try this product because I was looking for an alternative to dry shampoo. I have dry and thin hair which is also colour treated. My hair usually goes flat on 3rd day so I end up washing it every other day. I used this shampoo on days threes to test it out. I have to say, it didn’t make much of a difference. The smell is very minimal, and the foam does not give my hair the clean look/feeling. My hair still looked flat and felt a little bit greasy. Even though I feel that dry shampoo gives me dandruff, I think they do a better job at making my hair skip a wash. This might be a better option for someone with more hair. -

I received this drink from the Chickadvisor in return for my honest opinion. I like the chocolate flavour better than the caramel flavour. I am a Working mom of a toddler and it becomes very hard to find time for myself in the morning. I drank the chocolate drink for breakfast and went out to complete some chores. I can say that I did not feel hungry for a few hours. It is low in sugar and fat and high in protein. It does not have a powdery after taste like ensure meal replacement drinks... it is very light tasting. I like this drink and will drink it in the future. -

I like the taste of the Premier protein Caramel shake... it is not very overwhelming and it doesn’t have a bad after taste either. This drink is low in fat and sugars and it has protein in it as well. I saw it at Costco and was very tempted to buy it but I wasn’t sure about the taste. Thank you to Chick Advisor for sending me complementary drinks... now I can go back to Costco and buy a case without worrying about what it would taste like. love the drink and would definitely buy it. -
