Love this product!! It has saved me many times with achy sore muscles. Other medicated lotions are really really strong smelling and I find this one pleasant and easy to use. I always try to have some on hand!

Not something that I would usually purchase but was pleased that there was no odd taste. I didn’t notice the effects however this is not something I would usually take on a regular basis.

Tasty Canadian made maple coffee with oat milk! I’m not a usual maple coffee drinker and found this to be a nice treat with a maple flavour and oat milk. I didn’t find it too overwhelming and the oat milk was nice.

This is a really great smelling and feeling nail and cuticle oil. Many many years ago I used a similar product as often as possible from a competitor, and it was discontinued. How I smiled when this came in the mail, but with L’Occitane quality that I respect and a sweet almond oil scent that isn’t too much. It’s a must for the drier climates, and now I have as many of these as I have chapsticks!

We recently had a ceiling collapse in our bathroom so I’ve been doing much more heavy lifting. I’ve tried other creams to help with muscle pain, and this one had no unpleasant smell, and wasn’t greasy. I’ll definitely be using it again!

I tried Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal over the holidays, when I was definitely eating more sugar and heavier foods than usual, and honestly I was impressed. I tend to get bloated pretty easily, especially after treats or bigger meals, and this really helped cut back on the gas and that uncomfortable full feeling.
What I liked most is how easy it was to take. There is no taste at all, which was a big win for me. I have used things like Tums before and always found them chalky and kind of unpleasant. These capsules were way nicer and didn’t leave any weird aftertaste.
I noticed that taking a couple after meals made a difference pretty quickly, and I felt more comfortable going about my day instead of feeling sluggish or puffy. I also like that it is made from coconut sourced activated charcoal and feels like a more natural option.
Overall, it did exactly what it said it would do. I will definitely keep this on hand for holidays, travel, or anytime I know I might be indulging a bit more than usual.

I was gifted this sunscreen to try, and it has quickly become a favorite in our household. Let me tell you, finding a good sunscreen when you have sensitive skin and care about ingredients is not easy, but Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral SPF 50 truly won me over.
I live in Montreal, where summers are hot and humid, and I spend a lot of time outdoors with my 5-year-old. This sunscreen gives amazing broad-spectrum SPF 50+ protection and is gentle enough for my face, even with my skincare routine. The texture is lovely. It goes on smoothly and feels super lightweight, without leaving a greasy finish. There is just a hint of white sheen, which I actually like because it helps me see where I have applied it.
I also appreciate that it is fragrance-free, paraben-free, and does not clog pores. The scent is neutral and clean, with none of that odd "unscented" smell some products have. The fact that it is water-resistant for up to 80 minutes makes it perfect for splash pads, biking trips, and long days at the park.
I love that it uses mineral ingredients like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, and the UV-activated bottle is such a fun and smart reminder to reapply. I was gifted this sunscreen to try, and it’s quickly become a favourite in our household. I live in Montreal and spend a lot of time outdoors with my 5-year-old, especially during our hot and humid summers. The Blue Lizard Kids Mineral SPF 50 Lotion has a really nice texture. It goes on smoothly, without feeling greasy or heavy. It’s pretty transparent on the skin with just a hint of white sheen, which I actually appreciate because it helps me see where I’ve applied it.
There’s no noticeable scent, but it also doesn’t have that odd “unscented” smell that some products do. It just smells clean and neutral. I also love that it is water-resistant for up to 80 minutes, which makes it perfect for splash pads, biking trips, and park days.
The mineral ingredients like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are a big plus for me, and I like knowing it is reef-safe for when we travel to more water sensitive locations, and also includes Blue Algae for extra skin nourishment. Overall, a great choice for active families who want reliable, gentle sun protection.
