Easy to use

This was definitely an easy addition to my daily routine, because I'm used to taking other natural supplements regularly. I didn't experience any improvement in my symptoms. At the same time this product didn't make them worse either. I only had a chance to take it for 2 weeks within the review period, so perhaps my results don't make it's effectiveness clear? I will keep trying them until the bottle is finished.

I received this product for free to sample , and unfortunately it arrived at a difficult time in my life undergoing some drastic and unexpected changes that may have affected my stress levels to a point where it was hard to determine if this natural activated charcoal was helping and my system was just overloaded. I will be trying this again once my system is less stressed. Personally, I thought it worked well for delaying the symptoms of gas and bloating , so it would be great for a party or events or for travelling. I ended up having the symptoms show up still, but just later than I expected. I also did not take the maximum amount of pills for the day as I take so many medications already. So, my overall rating on this is a temporary okay in that I did feel better right after meals that I expected to feel bloating , gassy, overly full, or pressure in my gut. When I took a second dose 2 hours later it also helped a fair bit.

Excellent for Bloating and Digestion

I have been using Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal for about a week now. It works incredibly well for bloating and gas relief. It started working right away for me, I could feel the relief. For a girl who had her gallbladder removed 2 years ago it helps me tremendously.
The capsules are easy to swallow, don’t have an unpleasant taste and feel gentle on the stomach. The bottle contains plenty of capsules, so it lasts a long time and offers great value.
It was super easy to make these into my regular daily routine as I take a few other vitamins daily. I like to take these ones after lunch.
If you’re looking for a reliable, fast acting solution for gas or digestive comfort, this is a solid choice!! This has definitely become part of my daily wellness routine and will continue to do so!

Feeling amazing again!

This product made a huge difference! I am recurringly suffering of bloating after meals and overall feeling like I have a "heavy stomach" during the day. After I started taking Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal, I've been feeling amazing! No more bloating, my stomach feels way more relaxed and I just overall feel a lot more comfortable through the day! I usually take 2 capsules after breakfast and that does it, unless I eat heavier than usual in which case I take another 2 after lunch!

I like the ingredients in this product. My daughter suffers from digestive issues and bloating and since starting to take this has been getting relief. The only con is that you have to take it with each meal sometimes making it inconvenient. Overall great product that provides great relief.

No taste, no chalky chew, just relief

I tried Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal over the holidays, when I was definitely eating more sugar and heavier foods than usual, and honestly I was impressed. I tend to get bloated pretty easily, especially after treats or bigger meals, and this really helped cut back on the gas and that uncomfortable full feeling.

What I liked most is how easy it was to take. There is no taste at all, which was a big win for me. I have used things like Tums before and always found them chalky and kind of unpleasant. These capsules were way nicer and didn’t leave any weird aftertaste.

The holiday season is my favorite time of year, but it bring own challenges. On of them endless parties with huge amount of food. Good Product, Capsule Material Is a Limitation

Swiss Natural® Activated Charcoal Capsules work effectively and are easy to take. I found them helpful for digestive support and appreciate the quality of the product. However, the one drawback is that the capsules are made from gelatin. I wish they were made from a vegetarian or plant-based capsule instead, so individuals who follow a vegetarian or halal diet could also use them. If this were changed, it would make the product accessible to a wider range of consumers.
