I really do love the John Frieda Vibrant Shine 3-in-1 Spray. I often find that in shower conditioner is too heavy to use on my hair for every wash but I have very thick hair, that is difficult to brush when wet. The Vibrant spray helps to detangle my hair when wet and once dry, makes my hair soft, shiny and more manageable. Fantastic. -

I found this conditioner nice and light on my hair. It spread well, rinsed out well and left my hair easier to brush when wet. Once my hair dried it left my hair soft, silky and light.

Unfortunately I had a bit of a bizarre experience with this product. When I used it, it didn't foam as much as I would have liked but then I rinsed it out and left my hair to dry naturally. Once dry my hair was left sticky, with lots of residue in it and it made my hair almost clump together. I have thick hair but I am sure I rinsed it very well. -

This blow dry foam is pale brown in colour. I was worried that it may stain my hands on use, but I proceeded to washed them immediately after application and therefore there was no discolouration to my hands, as you might expect. However, I feel it you left it on your hands while you blow dried your hair, you may get tanned hands. It has a mild, pleasant, none chemical scent. Having course, stubborn grey hair above my ears, I needed something to disguise it, and I did find that these appeared less obvious after using the three stages of defy grey, a couple of times, allowing me to wear my hair up with more confidence. This product also seemed to give my hair a nice kink, the same as you might expect with the application of a styling mousse. I liked the overall finished look. It did not transfer when my hair was dry. -

This conditioner is very dark brown in colour and has quite a watery consistency. I do prefer a thicker conditioner. The conditioner, however, does spread well on the hair and feels smooth to touch. It does not discolour your hands as you might think it will. It has a mild, pleasant, none chemical scent and left my hair feeling well moisturised once washed. I also felt that it contributed to giving my hair a very light weight feel, not leaving it heavy or greasy. I am naturally prone to greasy hair, so I was very pleased with this result. Having course, stubborn grey hair above my ears, I needed something to disguise it, and I did find that these appeared less obvious after using the three stages of defy grey, a couple of times, allowing me to wear my hair up with more confidence. Furthermore, I have naturally, very dark brown hair, with a lighter, auburn brown dye at the ends. This product also gave my dyed hair a less harsh tone which I really liked. I got this conditioner free to test and this is my opinion on this product. -

This is a brown shampoo with a shimmery golden tone to it. On application, it says to use it liberally to achieve a result and leave on for 5 minutes, on the initial wash. I have thick hair so tend to need a lot of product to wash my hair, so this suited me. It foams very well on washing, which I really like. On foaming it does produce a brown foam, but it does not discolour your hands as you might think it will. It has a mild, pleasant, none chemical scent and left my hair feeling very clean once used. I love deep freeze products. They are so effective in helping my back pain during pregnancy. I used to always turn to heat to help my pain and then I found the deep freeze gel some months ago, when I was struggling with my back pain in this pregnancy, where heat is not recommended. I would still happily use the deep freeze gel alternative for times when I need a larger area covered, but these patches are lovely to use as they provide no mess on application. They are small patches but good for targeting specific pain areas. I would definitely use these if I was out and about in nice clothing for example. I would also take them when travelling or going on holiday as they are patches, not liquid and are light-weight so can be carried in your hand luggage. I'm am so thankful for deep freeze products in pregnancy but will also continue to use them in preference to heat products, as they appear to work better in relieving my neck or back pain. -

I have this powder in Number 002 Honeycomb. It contains orange and brown shades. Therefore, it provides a nice sun-kissed look for the summer. I currently have pale winter skin so would like to get this in the paler shade to use now. This will be well used over the summer period as I naturally go a medium brown in the sun. It applies and stays nicely on the skin. -

Quite a thick cream to apply. I needed to use this on my hands and arms due to dermatitis. It is a mild cream, with a mild fragrance, which appeals to me. It did not irritate my skin on application and provided relief to my red, tender hands. It provided the relief I was after but in terms of providing moisture and hydration, I think this product lacks that and therefore I needed to use another hand cream after use. It is quite sticky and greasy on application but does absorb in, after some time. I will definitely continue to use the cream to provide relief to my sore hands. -
