These are fabulous for pregnancy pain relief

I love deep freeze products. They are so effective in helping my back pain during pregnancy. I used to always turn to heat to help my pain and then I found the deep freeze gel some months ago, when I was struggling with my back pain in this pregnancy, where heat is not recommended. I would still happily use the deep freeze gel alternative for times when I need a larger area covered, but these patches are lovely to use as they provide no mess on application. They are small patches but good for targeting specific pain areas. I would definitely use these if I was out and about in nice clothing for example. I would also take them when travelling or going on holiday as they are patches, not liquid and are light-weight so can be carried in your hand luggage. I'm am so thankful for deep freeze products in pregnancy but will also continue to use them in preference to heat products, as they appear to work better in relieving my neck or back pain.
