Excited to introduce you to THE BOG’s Pure Cranberry Powder! Not only is this 100% Canadian, it is a delicious and nutritious flavour boost for salad dressings, smoothies, baked goods, yogurt and milkshakes. The pure Cranberry powder is created from seeds and skins of pressed cranberries that are carefully dried to retain all their powerful goodness. I loved my morning smoothie with greek yogurt, frozen berries, oatmilk, a little honey and a tablespoon of this powder. Whirled it for a couple seconds and it tasted scrumptious! I like tart, so next time would add more Pure Cranberry powder and maybe less honey. If you are trying to find a quick and healthy option for breakfast that packs a powerful punch of goodness, try this! Farming Karma Apricot Soda was a refreshing surprise! I thought it may be thick and too sweet, but it was light, delicious and with a soft fizz. I appreciate this has no added sugars, preservatives, or additives. It is a bonus that the fruit is grown in BC, Canada where some of the best soft stone fruits are grown in the country. I enjoyed the drink over ice and would happily serve this friends. It is very 'summery' and although a perfect mocktail, I think you could easily use it for wine coolers, or vodka and white rum cocktails. It's nice to know you pick this up at Walmart and even order online. I received this product for free, in exchange for my honest review.

Hatch Coffee Maple Oatado boasts Canadian goodness in a mini can, only 100 ml but packs 100 mg caffeine. It makes sense that they use maple syrup being that Canada is the largest producer of maple syrup in the world, so way to go Hatch! And this is a unique twist on the classic cortado, because it is a dairy-free version using oat milk and espresso, making it plant based and vegan friendly. I’m testing it on ice, but you can gently warm it up too. Each sip is creamy, there is a lingering oat taste and I am surprised it’s not too sweet. I would prefer it even a little less sweet, but I do love the maple flavour or as the company says, “big maple energy”! You can find this online at most health food stores, like well.ca and of course amazon for just under $4 bucks a shot. Is it worth it? I say yes for convenience, yes for flavour. A delicious quick hit of caffeine on the go. Give it a good shake before opening and enjoy “express” espresso - Canadian style! Will Hatch be a match for your coffee fix? Try it and let me know! I use it for arthritic soreness in my hands and rheumatic pain in my lower back. It’s also good for neck ache, strains and sprains, joints and ligaments. Use a generous dollap and reapply as needed. So simple, no heat, odourless and greaseless and it works fast with deep penetrating pain relief. It’s reasonably priced and available at walmart, online stores like amazon and most pharmacies. I keep a tube in my gym bag, its helpful before some workouts and especially after. So, try Myoflex next time you need a break from an ache! This is a Canadian product, which I like, NOW Ultra Omega-3. This supplement boasts 1000 mg of fish oils to support heart health and brain function. I read about this Canadian company and appreciated it has strict quality control standards so you can be sure it’s free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants (i.e. mercury or PCB’s) and that’s really important for everyone, especially our children. After trying this soft gel, I would recommend NOW Ultra Omega 3, like right now - go try it! No fishy aftertaste, no burping or bloating. Available at online health food stores and amazon. Wow do these little treats hit the right spot when you need a pick me up! They are the perfect size to pop in your mouth while driving, watching TV or reading (no sticky hands). Nice to find a snack that is certified organic, naturally gluten-free and vegan. With no artificial colours, preservatives, or flavours, you can indulge worry free. I like a little late night nibble and these are just right, with a hint of sweetness and that exotic coconut flavour which pairs perfectly with my bed-time cuppa tea. These would be cute in lunch boxes and are a fun alternative to granola bars or cookies. I received this product for free, to taste, and post my honest opinion.

I received this luxurious body cream three weeks ago and fell in love! My skin has never been so hydrated, smooth and supple - especially during this cold and dry winter.
Firstly, I was so impressed with the gorgeous frosted glass container and the quantity of product - this will last a long time!
Secondly, once I opened it up, I was pleasantly surprised by the subtle fragrance, very elegant, not overpowering, just right.
Thirdly, the texture - wow! It felt like satin, not greasy at all. As it touched my poor dry skin, you could just see it vanish and do it’s job. Such a pleasure to handle, and I was transported to a French Spa receiving a deluxe treatment, but in the privacy of my own boudoir, lol!
I am in my late ’50’s and it is hard to find a body cream that works for mature skin that I don’t have to rub in vigorously. Karité Confort Ultra Rich Body Cream just glided into every wrinkle, visibly plumping and leaving a youghtful glow. With just a few minutes of easy application, it left my skin, especially my legs and arms, feeling silky smooth. I could go on about the Shea Butter and the 24 hour hydration, but really you just have to try it for yourself.
While incentivized, my review was impartial and honest. I received this product free in exchange for my experience using it daily.

I have struggled since childhood with wheezing and coughing, and yes I use prescription puffers when it is really bad. However, my doctor noticed a pattern that my symptoms were always worse in the winter, constant bouts of bronchitis and that awful choking feeling, especially when I would lay down to sleep. He recommended I boost my immune system. After much research, I discovered N-acetyl-l-cysteine, or N-A-C, which is supposed to help relive chronic bronchitis symptoms, amongst other benefits. I have been trying N-A-C for months and this winter I don’t have the severe choking from thick phlegm in the night, my coughing is less aggressive. I will always keep my puffers handy, but overall I am sure N-A-C has boosted my lung health and has definitely reduced flare-ups from chronic bronchitis. My trial for this AOR brand of N-A-C has been three weeks, but to be clear, I was trying other brands previous to this experiment with AOR. I find the AOR capsule easy to swallow, no odour or after taste and gluten free plus non-GMO. If you are like me, coughing, wheezing, short of breath, choking on phlegm, maybe you would benefit from this once a day supplement? I take one with breakfast every morning, no upset stomach and I try not to miss a dose from September to April, flu season! Product gifted by AOR.

I have tried Swiss Natural® Activated Charcoal Capsules for two weeks and very pleased with the results. Having always suffered from stomach issues, especially bloating (post menapause), and poor digestion after restaurant meals, so there are few products I have not tried! Swiss Natural® Activated Charcoal was new to me, and I found it easy to take 2 capsules after a meal. There is no odour, they are easy to swallow and no after taste. The capsules are black, but did not stain fingers or clothing. I noticed within a few hours that my stomach was not extended and no heavy 'full' feeling. The product is made from 100% coconut-sourced activated charcoal, so I felt it was safe to use and no negative side effects in the past two weeks. I am certain, after my trial run with Swiss Natural® Activated Charcoal Capsules that it has improved my slow digestive system and will now be my 'go-to' remedy after meals. I have tried this product 6 times in 30 days. For me, it really helped when travelling or going to a new restaurant where I may accidentally ingest gluten. I pretty much know within a couple hours of gluten exposure that cross contamination happened. With GluteGuard I was able to minimize the side effects from ‘gluten events’. This isn’t an excuse to go hog wild at the bakery, but it really helps when you are trying hard to stick with your gluten free diet and it ends up in your restaurant meal or at a friends house, where you don’t want to grill them over every ingredient! This is a preventative treatment - take one tablet up to 15 minutes before a meal. It’s reassuring to know that GluteGuard is an enzyme found naturally in the skin of unripe papaya fruit, no harsh ingredients. I would recommend giving this a whirl if, like me, you’re on a gluten free diet but have the odd flare up when dining out and want to be “on guard”. GluteGuard is protection in advance.
