I have been taking this for a few weeks and I have been less bloating and gassy. I love that it contains not only probiotics for my stomach but collagen for my skin. This delivers healthy gut and skin and does everything it promises and the strawberry flavor is delicious. I like to drink it in a smoothie or a glass of milk but you can also drink it in water. I love how effective this product is and would recommend it to anyone.

With 25% shea butter it perfectly hydrates skin leaving it feeling so soft and smooth. Despite being rich it absorbs into the skin and doesnt feel greasy or heavy.
When it comes to skincare it seems the French always get it right, giving my skin exactly what it needs.

I always take it with breakfast because it can make me feel a bit nauseous on an empty stomach. Despite being large they are very easy to swallow. I love that I only need to take one a day and I feel like incorporating a multivitamin into my routine helps me to feel more energized. I always try to eat healthy meals but love having this in case I missed something. I also love that it contains a good amount of iron which is important and cranberry extract that helps us women lower the risk of urinary tract infection. -

The sweet gourmand mixture of vanilla and almond its such a comforting sent and one that always makes me happy. It's very sensual and not overbearing. Despite its sweetness and reminding me of warm summer days it also evokes memories of fall and my family being in the kitchen baking sweet vanilla cakes and other desserts. It's such a warm, intimate smell.
The glass packaging is very fancy and has a luxurious French vibe and looks beautiful sitting on my vanity table. This has easily become my favorite hair and body mist.

Gravity is already not on our side and then with age we lose collagen and elasticin. Also the skin there is more thin and delicate. That is why this Firming Neck Cream is a great addition to your beauty care routine.
Containing microdipeptides, Neoglucosamine, Neocitriate along with Bakuchiol and natural retinol this helps tighten, lift, smooth and help reduce wrinkles. It's not greasy and now my neck is looking less crepey. This is the product I never knew I needed. This along with sunscreen does a world of wonders.

The Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen has caught my eye for awhile and I'm glad I finally got to try it.
I love the convenience of sun sticks. They are great for on the go. Compact and easy to throw in your bag or slide into you pocket. Applying and reapplying is made easy with just a few swipes of the stick and blendable with your fingers. I do find you cannot add too much or you end up looking chalky so just a few swipes will do.
The only thing with sunsticks is I'm unsure I am applying enough. I believe one of those spf mirrors that show if you applied enough sunscreen would be handy especially in this case.
It's wonderful that this is made for sensitive skin, it's spf 50, water resistant for up yo 80 minutes. This is vegan and reef friendly. It doesn't dry out the skin or clog the pores. It's also fragrance free.
Although mineral sunscreen is my preference I use both. Do you ahve preference when it comes to sunscreen? If so which do you prefer.
