I’ve been trying the Total One Women’s Multivitamin and I’m honestly really happy with it so far. It’s easy to take, doesn’t upset my stomach, and feels like a solid all-in-one option for daily nutrients. I like that it includes cranberry, folic acid and iron, plus vitamins C, D and B. It also doesn’t have preservatives, dairy or gluten, which is a big plus.
I can’t speak to long-term results yet, but I do feel a bit more steady energy throughout the day. Overall, it’s a convenient multivitamin that covers the basics without any unnecessary additives.
