decent supplement

With any supplement, it is always hard to tell if it is working as it should. I take it for the benefits of improved energy, and the hopes that it will protect my blood.
I like that it is a natural product (made in Alberta, Canada!)and there is no overwhelming or foul smell to the capsules. It is, however, a lot to take each day - 3 capsules, which are a bit difficult to swallow due to their size.

Green Tea Benefits

I'm very excited to be trying this active green tea supplement. It's a non GMO, Proudly Canadian product. I take 3 capsules per day with food. The capsules look a bit large but I have no trouble swallowing them with water and it left no bad after taste. The three capsules per day provides similar benefits to that of consuming 10 cups of green tea without having to drink that large quantity every day. I like that it helps increase antioxidant capacity in your blood. It also contains a bit of caffeine. I will continue taking them for the health benefits.

Part of my daily routine now

I’ve been trying to be more consistent with taking care of my health, especially making sure I’m getting enough antioxidants. I don’t always drink green tea, so this felt like a simple way to add it in. It’s easy to take and doesn’t feel complicated, which I like. I’ve just been adding it into my routine and keeping it simple. Also nice that it’s proudly Canadian.
