These are the best pepperoni sticks I've ever bought! They are a great snack on their own or part of a charcuterie board. The pepperoni come in a package of 5, are gluten free and lactose free.
Actually, Heidelberg Foods Ltd. is proud that all of their products are completely free of common allergen sources - peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, wheat, eggs, milk, soy, seafood (crustaceans, shellfish, fish) and mustard.
I always love buying from Canadian companies, this one is located in the Mennonite Heartland of Ontario between the world famous St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market and the beautiful town of St. Jacobs.
You can find their products in many grocery stores, delicatessens and independents.

I had heard about the nutritional benefits of hemp heart and purchased a bag while shopping at Winners one day. I was very pleased with it. It's easy to add it to almost anything since it doesn't have a strong taste to it.
It goes well on my morning yogurt or my smoothie, sprinkled on my salad, I add it when I'm baking, etc...
I found it also helped me be more regular! Bonus!

It a perfect alternative if you are trying to reduce the salt level in your diet.

This is my favorite soy sauce to use for cooking, it has a rich and bold flavour. Maybe not the best for all dishes as it is sometimes overpowering for certain foods, like sushi but Kikkoman has a soy sauce just for sushi and sashimi.
I love that is is naturally and traditionally brewed from water, wheat, soybeans and salt but it is not too overly salty. 1 tsp of salt has 2,325mg of sodium compared to 307mg of sodium in 1 tsp of regular soy sauce and you could get even less if you opt of the less sodium version that has 192mg per tsp.

It is insulated with a wipe-clean interior that keeps food and drinks cold, there is a little tag where you can put your child's name and there's an inside mesh pocket that can holds things like ice pack or utensils. Super great lunch box at decent price.

It is the perfect size to fit everything we need. I've been using it for 10 months now and it's been great this far.
I love the shuttle clips that easily convert it from a shoulder bag to a stroller bag.

I love Sun Chips! They are one of my favorite chip brands. They are supposedly a little better for you than potato chips because of the multigrain. They are loaded with so much French Onion flavouring goodness. It's very easy to eat the whole bag!
