It was also great to use along side breastfeeding because the flow of the bottle was similar to the breast. My son was a cluster feeder in the evening and I wasn't able to produce the amount of milk he needed so these bottles were a great help for me. -

Dr Brown's bottle brush
I love the Dr Brown baby bottle so much that I expected the same from this bottle brush.. boy was I wrong... I do like the sponge at the top and the nipple brush but the bristles are so small and weak that it looked used and ready to be changed... +

As much as I like going to the gym, I always had a hard time finding a great one. I like a place where everyone is welcome and feels like they are in a judgment free zone. I never liked places like GoodLife or Movati and it seems like that's all you could find other than the private gyms that cost a fortune to join but that was until I found the OAC! It is a nice facility with great staff, great classes and they even have a wonderful play care service where I can leave my little one for a couple hours without worrying (the staff takes really good care of the kids and there are no tv!!!).
And for the first time ever, I used a trainer for a few sessions after having my first baby and to my biggest surprise, they had someone who was qualified to help post baby with specific excersises. Yep, there are things you should and shouldn't do!
If you are in Ottawa and are looking for a great gym, try the OAC, you won't regret it and if you need trainer, ask for Bernardo, he's amazing! Tell him Geneviève sent you! ;)

A little tip from one of the ladies at Sephora; always blend a bit into the hairline and along the jawbone to create a more natural look because no one blushes only on their cheeks!
