I was not familiar with NMN before I was sent AOR NMN-600 in exchange for my honest review and had to do a bit of reading first.
I’m a nurse, I work long shifts, and I’m at an age where my energy is a struggle. By the end of the day, especially after being on my feet for hours, I really feel it. Anything that fits easily into my busy routine and supports my health is something I’m open to.
From my research, NMN may help improve physical performance in short duration, low-resistance activities like walking for those of us in mid-life. This feels right for me, since most of my day is literally just walking nonstop from patient to patient.
The capsules are easy to take, have no taste, and caused no issues. It didn’t feel like “another thing” that made my usual routine harder, which I feel good about when I’m already tired and trying to manage my day to day life.
I like that AOR is proudly Canadian and transparent about how their products are made and tested. Working in healthcare, that kind of quality and clarity matters to me.
This isn’t something I would have thought to try on my own, but I’m glad I was sent it, I will keep using and I’m already looking for more of their products to help support me at this stage of my busy life.

I received L’Occitane’s Shea Butter Hand Cream for free in exchange for my honest opinion, and it’s been a game-changer.
As a busy nurse who’s constantly washing my hands, I struggle with dry, cracked skin, especially during the colder months.
The cream is thick and incredibly nourishing, but it absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. It’s helped restore much needed moisture to my skin, leaving it soft and smooth.
The subtle scent is a nice bonus, and I’ve definitely noticed less dryness and cracking.
I’ll be keeping this in my routine! 💙

I recently had the chance to try the Plantropy Jackfruit Dumplings 🥟in exchange for my honest opinion, and they were a fun and unique find.
I picked them up at my local Real Canadian Superstore in the natural foods frozen section.
The flavor is unlike any other dumplings I’ve had before, savory with a subtle sweetness and a kick of heat 🌶️ that makes them stand out in a nice way.
I love that they’re vegan 🌱 and made with such a clean ingredient list. They’re free from cholesterol, rich in fibre, and contain no trans fats. Plus, they’re free from soy, gluten, sugar and sulphites which makes them a great option for so many different dietary needs ✅.
Prep was super easy, which I can appreciate on those busy nights. I pan-fried mine because that’s how I prefer my dumplings, and the texture was perfect: nicely chewy with the right amount of crisp on the outside. They ended up being a great main dish when I needed something quick but still satisfying.
Might be a bit spicy for younger kiddos or those with a sensitive palate, but these dumplings were a great discovery, and my husband and I really enjoyed them. They are convenient, vegan, and genuinely delicious. I’ll definitely be grabbing them again! 💙

The cream has a nice, rich texture that feels really nourishing, but it absorbs well and doesn’t leave a greasy residue.
My skin can sometimes be sensitive, so I was happy to find that this formula is quite gentle but effective. Over the past few weeks, I’ve started to notice my skin feeling a bit more toned, firmer and smoother, which is what I was hoping for.
It’s been a simple step to add to my skin care routine, and I’m curious to see how the results progress over time. So far, it feels like a product I’ll want to keep around.

They’re an easy and tasty way to get the benefits of apple cider vinegar *without* the harsh, sour taste. I’ve noticed some improvement in my overall digestion and post meal bloating, and they’ve been super simple to add into my daily routine.
They also contain B12 and folate, which is great for energy support — but something to keep in mind if you’re already supplementing those.
And like most gummies, they do have a decent amount of sugar, so that’s another thing to be mindful of if you’re watching your intake.
I love that they’re available at Costco, which is my go-to place for stocking up on supplements — and they’re a great value there too.
Definitely worth checking out if you’ve been curious about apple cider vinegar but can’t handle the taste!

It was super easy to add to my routine - just two capsules a day, one with breakfast and dinner - and I’m good to go. I appreciate that this is a natural-based plant supplement because I’ve been trying to be more mindful about what I put into my body, especially when it comes to long-term health.
It’s still early, but I feel good knowing I’m taking a step toward better heart health in a natural and manageable way with a product that is clinically proven to lower cholesterol.
