I do love colour coordinating my beach bag with my sunscreen… but honestly, I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to buy this one. I love that it’s spf 50, but I always prefer a spray to lotion- I find lotion slicks down my arm hair and it’s just unpleasant. I can almost see a “halo” of the product on my arm… which I guess could be indicative of its protection? I guess I just prefer less thick formulas. Glad I got to try this one for free!

I wish this free mini from Everist arrived before my camping trip, because it would have been perfect for the pack. Instead I used it after the gym, and I honestly think this product fills a gap in the market… we don’t often get body wash in a teenie tiny tin, and here it is… PLUS it smells incredible (I love natural essential oils, and this smells soooo fresh). I will definitely buy this for my next camping trip!

This candle made me happy/sad... let me explain. First of all, the SCENT.... transported me to Christmas, my favourite time of the year. I was happy for a moment and then DEVESTATED that Christmas is 6 months away. Secondly... I'm doubly sad because the Yankee Candle store near me closed a year or two ago, and I have been DYING to get my hands on their candles ever since. Again, this candle makes me HAPPY/SAD because I love love love the scent, I find YC does a brilliant job of blending the strength of a scent with subtlety... but I don't know how I'm going to feel when I burn through this one... ugh. -

So, I got this lamp for free... and I love it so much I bought a second one for my co-worker with whom I share an office! First of all, I love that it's got a modern touch, without being too "industrial"... The base has some weight to it, which I appreciate as a sign of quality. It's a lovely accent piece, and for under $50, you can't go wrong. My ONLY negative note is that the matte finish on the base does show fingerprints. But... you shouldnt be touching the base of your lamp on a regular basis.. so, it's a non-issue over all. -

I find that ibuprofen does a much better job at touching a wider range pain points for my little guy, so I usually go for that. If I do go for Tylenol I go for the dye free, because the red dyed one is just gross. -

Any of my caulking from past jobs shrinks after about a year, super frustrating... especially when you've had a REALLY good application day. As far as caulking goes, this stuff is smooth, easy to clean up (no spit required haha)... so yeah! We'll see! The difference maker will be the anti shrinkage for sure. -

Usually I like the lavender scented Aveeno lotion BEST, because it's just so calming, but I really appreciated that this lotion was made for babes with sensitive skin... I still love to have a light scent in products for my son, as long as it doesn't irritate his poor skin. This stuff was perfect for that! I love having another option (besides my go-to lavender). -

I'm so excited that Aveeno came out with a product for sensitive skin that actually HAS a light scent to it! My little guys skin is very sensitive, I can't usually use scented detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. he did great with this stuff. I actually wish the scent was a bit more naturally coco nutty, but the fact that it didn't irritate my sons skin is a big W for me. -
