I’ve been taking zinc occasionally, with other supplements, but I only recently learned how important it is. AOR Zinc - Copper Balance addresses this issue. One small capsule per day adds enough zinc to maintain immune system and help with the formation and healing of connective tissues.
Zinc deficiency is common, especially in elderly, but copper is often overlooked. Taking too much zinc can result in copper deficiency, which is why this supplement contains the perfect balance of both of these important minerals.
I find that the supplement is easy to take, as the capsule is small and easy to swallow. Beyond that it would be hard to say if it’s helping, since I would have to take it for much longer. I also only supplement when I know that I’m not getting enough nutrients through food, so I take supplements like this one only occasionally. I love having it on hand, though. I love that the product is vegan, to agree with my dietary restrictions.

I have so much good to say about these Nutracelle Nutramin multi gummies. I love to take multivitamins to to fill out possible nutritional deficiencies in my diet, but these are the best tasting ones I’ve tried so far. Candy, they taste like candy! Also, unlike many gummies, these don’t stick to my teeth at all.
I love that they’re sugar-free and sweetened with monk fruit instead of stevia, as stevia can leave a bad aftertaste. The orange, cherry and strawberry flavours are pretty true and distinguishable, almost as if I’m eating real gummies. And to add to that, they’re gelatin-free and halal, which is not always easy to find. If that wasn’t enough, these gummy vitamins have no artificial colours, thye’re gluten-free, vegan, and free from top 14 allergens. They’re also made in Canada, as this is a Canadian company.
I WILL buy them again!

Dry skin is no match for these body creams. They’re buttery, rich, and so very moisturizing. They keep my skin well moisturized for up to two days (I never skip a shower for more than a day, so I can't say if they would last longer). The scents have medium strength, but they all smell very natural and none of them triggered my migraines. Just a fair warning, these scents linger and will scent your clothing, which is a good thing in my case, since I love all three of them.

I recently discovered that I likely have celiac disease, and although it's too early to go fully gluten-free, as I need more testing, I did a full month of a gluten-free diet to check if my symptoms would ease. I have to admit, @gluteguard.ca really helped during this month, as being new to this diet I did have quite a few accidental exposures to gluten. I've learned to always take a tablet before eating at a restaurant or having take-out, as even food labeled as gluten-free may not always be so (for example, some places forget to adjust their seasonings).
The only negative to these pills is that they need to be taken 15 minutes before a meal, which means I need to take one just in case, even though the food may be truly gluten-free. For those with really bad reactions to gluten, though, it's better safe than sorry.

I'm noticing more and more horizontal lines on my neck, a.k.a the "tech neck" (although mine are as much from reading as from using my phone and laptop). I was hoping to find a good treatment, so this neck cream was timed perfectly. I find the texture to be surprisingly rich and thick, but it absorbs well and fully, without any residue. It's recommended to use it twice a day, but the rich texture makes this a night cream for me, especially now when it's hot and I sweat more, but I may use it in the morning once it gets colder. The pump bottle is great as it allows control over the amount coming out. The scent is slightly chemical, but very mild. It was too early to expect results, as I only used it for a week, but I'm excited to see what it can do for my neck and decolletage. -

They pair perfectly well with all of my favourite toppings - ketchup, mustard, relish, gouda, spicy cheese...we keep it simple around here. They cook quickly, but my tip if to boil them for a few minutes, then fry them up - that way they're soft and juicy on the inside, and crispy and flavourful on the outside.

I really liked the taste of this product. It was easy to warm up, and in just 10 minutes n a non-stick pan I had perfectly crunchy strips. There was no fat running out of it, so no splatter. If using a different type of pan, I recommend adding a little bit of oil or butter. The smokey flavour and scent was noticeable, but not overpowering, so nicely balanced. I don't eat pork, so this was a great way to get that crunchy texture with turkey meat. I made croissant sandwiches with fromage frais, garden-fresh tomatoes and radicchio, and of course, the turkey meat. They were delicious.

To be honest, I'm not sold on this sunscreen. I like that it has a combination of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, as that works better for my skin and doesn't dry it out. I also like some of their other sunscreens, but I find this one to be too much work. It's really white, takes forever to rub in, leaves a white cast, and I find it greasy. I can tolerate it on my body, but I'm not a fan of it for the face. I will use it up, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Most mineral sunscreens feel heavy and leave a white cast, while this one feels fresh, rubs in completely clean, and doesn't take forever to rub in. My daughter liked it, but I love that we can all use it as a family, so I don't have to lug three sunscreens around. Add to that that it's water resistant (up to 80 minutes), and it's pretty much perfect. We'll be buying it again! -

My hair is untreated, but I almost always use a hair dryer to dry it. Being naturally a bit dry, this easily leads to damage. I tried this Bond Protein Repair Sealing Serum a few times. It can be used on dry or damp hair, but I prefer to use such products on damp hair. This serum in particular has a slightly thicker texture and it works well on damp hair. It made my hair slightly smoother, but it didn't weigh it down. It's hard to tell if it helped with the strength, since I have no way to measure that. There was a slight improvement in frizz. I wonder if using the whole system together and for a longer period of time would produce better results, but this is all I noticed from a few uses. I will keep using it, especially after a much needed haircut, and we'll see if it helps prevent breakage long-term. -
