I love that these salads come conveniently packaged in wide, shallow cans that are easy to open on the go, and easy to eat out of. I bring a foldable fork and always have an easy, nutritious and delicious lunch. They're also shelf stable and have long expiry dates, so they're perfect for our go bags.
Cous Cous and Light Tuna Salad is my favourite! Juicy veggies are paired with yummy cous cous and, of course, mild tuna, making a balanced, protein rich meal that is yummy and filling.
I normally do like tuna, but I find that the taste of it in these salads is mild and would be great even for those who are not huge fans of tuna. The salads are balanced well and have a high protein content. I may be rare here, but I also LOVE that neither contain mayo, as I don't enjoy the taste of mayo, and it's commonly found in pre-made meals. So this is a fantastic choice for those like me!

I love that these salads come conveniently packaged in wide, shallow cans that are easy to open on the go, and easy to eat out of. I bring a foldable fork and always have an easy, nutritious and delicious lunch. They're also shelf stable and have long expiry dates, so they're perfect for our go bags.
Corn and Light Tuna Salad is delicious! The sweetness of corn and carrots blends perfectly with the deeper flavours of tuna, peas and black olives. It also doesn't feel dry at all. I find the amounts of everything perfectly balanced as well.
I normally do like tuna, but I find that the taste of it in these salads is mild and would be great even for those who are not huge fans of tuna. The salads are balanced well and have a high protein content. I may be rare here, but I also LOVE that neither contain mayo, as I don't enjoy the taste of mayo, and it's commonly found in pre-made meals. So this is a fantastic choice for those like me!

I've been a big fan of Ferrero Rocher chocolates for my whole life, and these new ones didn't disappoint. I love the gold packaging that makes them feel like little luxuries. They're a nice option to keep on the coffee table as little treats for guests, almost like functional decor.
The chocolates themselves are nicely balanced, with creamy chocolate and crunchy pieces of hazelnuts and crispies. Dark chocolate isn't my favourite normally, but in this chocolate it tastes rich, but not bitter at all, making it a nice treat with coffee. The milk chocolate is very smooth and creamy, just the way I like it. But the white chocolate is my favourite. It's sweet, but not overly so, creamy, and there is something about white chocolate and hazelnut pairing that just elevated both flavours. They're a perfect match, and I love how Ferrero brought them together in these chocolate squares.

This is not my first bottle, and it won't be the last, either, but I know I had to start using it right away.
The whole experience starts with the bottle. Hefty glass, but nice a slim, the bottle fits perfectly into my hand. As soon as I remove the cap it I can smell the sweet scent. This is my favourite scent of all L'Occitane products. Sweet, but not sugary, not a hint of vanilla, it's just different. Indescribable- you have to smell it to know if you like it.
The oil itself is what I would call a 'dry' oil. It absorbs into my skin easily, with no oily residue. It feels almost warm, comforting and leaves my skin feeling smooth, supple and radiant.

I love that they're gluten-free and the expiry date is admirable (2030!) - we keep freeze dried snacks like these everywhere in case of an emergency. This is also a tasty way to get some vitamin C from natural sources. -

I’ve been taking zinc occasionally, with other supplements, but I only recently learned how important it is. AOR Zinc - Copper Balance addresses this issue. One small capsule per day adds enough zinc to maintain immune system and help with the formation and healing of connective tissues.
Zinc deficiency is common, especially in elderly, but copper is often overlooked. Taking too much zinc can result in copper deficiency, which is why this supplement contains the perfect balance of both of these important minerals.
I find that the supplement is easy to take, as the capsule is small and easy to swallow. Beyond that it would be hard to say if it’s helping, since I would have to take it for much longer. I also only supplement when I know that I’m not getting enough nutrients through food, so I take supplements like this one only occasionally. I love having it on hand, though. I love that the product is vegan, to agree with my dietary restrictions.
