I really enjoyed trying Chapman's Strawberry Frozen Yogurt! The texture is smooth, creamy, and light, making it a refreshing treat for warm days. The strawberry flavour is sweet with a subtle tangy finish, although I personally would have loved a little more tanginess. Compared to regular strawberry ice cream, I found this to be lighter and less rich, which makes it a nice option when I'm looking for a refreshing dessert. I also love that it's made in Canada with 100% Canadian dairy, natural flavours and colours, comes in a full 2L tub, and has less fat than regular ice cream. Overall, it's delicious and I would definitely recommend giving it a try. -

I personally prefer their Amma’s Malaysian Sambal because it has a bolder kick, but this sauce would be great for people who want a milder heat or are new to hot sauces.
I also like that it’s a small Toronto-based Canadian brand.

This body cream has a rich and creamy texture. It does feel a bit oily at first, but after a few minutes it absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling soft, comfortable, and deeply moisturized without that tight, dry feeling. My hands feel calmer and more nourished after applying it.
The scent is subtle and pleasant, not overpowering, which I really appreciate. This feels like a great option for very dry skin, especially during winter.

My little one isn’t a big fan of veggies, so I was happy when we got to try BeRegular from Kidstar Nutrients, a gentle prebiotic + probiotic blend made for both kids and adults.
I decided to take it too since I’m not always regular and my digestion can be quite sensitive. After a few days I could really feel my tummy getting more balanced with no discomfort and a lighter, more regular feeling.
It’s tasteless, dissolves completely in water or smoothies, and so easy to make part of our daily routine.
