I’ve been using this serum for a few weeks now, and I can genuinely say it’s made a noticeable difference in the health and feel of my hair. I have coloured and somewhat dry hair that’s been through its fair share of heat styling, so I’m always on the lookout for products that help repair and strengthen without weighing my hair down. The texture of the serum is light but nourishing and it doesn't feel greasy or heavy at all. I usually apply a small amount to damp hair, focusing on the ends, and then style as usual by blow drying. It helps smooth frizz, gives my hair a softer finish, and I've even noticed fewer split ends since incorporating it into my routine. Highly recommend if you’re trying to restore your hair’s health without breaking the bank or adding a complicated step to your routine. -

I've tried a lot of different mouthwashes over the years, but TheraBreath Fresh Breath Icy Mint is easily one of the best. Unlike typical mouthwashes that burn with alcohol, this one has a much gentler feel while still leaving my mouth feeling fresh and clean. The Icy Mint flavor is strong enough to give that just-brushed feeling but not overpowering or artificial.
What really impressed me is how long the freshness lasts—I can still notice the effects hours later, even after eating. It doesn’t dry out my mouth like some other brands, which is a big plus. I also appreciate that it’s formulated by a dentist and doesn’t have unnecessary dyes or harsh ingredients.
If you’re looking for something effective but not too intense, I’d highly recommend this. It’s a bit pricier than regular mouthwashes, but for the results, it’s worth it.
