I have combination/dry skin with my cheeks being dry and my T-zone being prone to shine. I also have visible pores on my nose. This primer is a thick gel texture and spreads easily over my skin. It feels velvety on my face and is matte without being drying. It has a blurring effect and my pores were less noticeable. I wore a powder foundation and blush over the top of the primer. There was no piling or flaking. It kept my makeup looking fresh all day and I experienced minimal shine on my forehead and nose.

I usually use too many plastic sandwich bags and am always looking for eco-friendly options to replace them. I like that this can go in the freezer or microwave and be washed in the dishwasher. I'm not sure that I would trust the seal to hold liquids but it is great for little snacks like fruit and veggies, nuts or cookies. It would fit a sandwich on standard bread but isn't big enough for a more elaborate sandwich. It does fit an entire pack of wafer cookies. It's a nice size to throw in a bag or larger purse. -

I received this product free from Chapman's and Butterly for review. The ice cream is perfectly white and scoops out easily. The taste is a very clean and pure tasting vanilla that doesn't taste artificial. It has a really short ingredient list with no ingredients I don't recognize. It tastes pure and clean because it is! I really like that it isn't too sweet but it is very rich I felt satisfied with a smaller amount because it was so creamy. I think it tastes like really good, homemade whipped cream. Totally delicious and my new favourite vanilla ice cream. I don't think I could go back to any other brand now I've had the best! -

This milky serum is what to use if you have been disappointed in the lack of results from other retinols. When you want to pull out the big guns this is what you want! That said you really want to start slowly with this one. I actually put a layer of moisturizer under it to be a bit of a buffer and that has been working great for me and I've had no irritation. My after-acne red marks have faded and my scowling wrinkles (lol!) are less noticeable. I really like the pleasant texture of the serum. -

I've been using retinol off and on for a while but my skin can be sensitive to it if I go overboard and use it too often. This one might be the exception and I could use it every day! The airless pump is genius and dispenses perfectly without having to dip my fingers into a jar. Yuck! The cream is fairly thick but smooth and applies easily. It soaks in quickly and doesn't leave me greasy. It feels very moisturizing and even soothing. I have found that the imperfections in my skin are less visible and the texture is very smooth. -

I have dry, sensitive skin and often have dry patches. I'm always concerned about liquid foundations settling into my pores and emphasizing my dryness. It wasn't an issue with this foundation which applied very smoothly over my sunscreen and blended easily. It leaves a natural finish and covers my redness and occasional breakout. Even though it has good coverage it doesn't feel like anything on my skin. I have used this on several sweaty, active days and it does not transfer or slide off. It lasts all day until I take it off. -

I am a victim of the 90's "skinny brow" and sadly they never grew back. I also have blonde brows so even where I have brows the blend into my skin and I often look like I have no brows. Brow products are very important to me and I feel like I have tried them all! This L'Oréal Paris Eyebrow Pencil Brow Stylist Definer is a super skinny pencil that allows drawing in each individual hair which makes for a more natural look. I found the pencil was a bit hard so it needs to be warmed up a bit before use. I live in the cold mountains so I think this would not be an issue for most people. I love that the pencil is waterproof. No one wants their brows to wash away in the rain! The blonde colour is natural looking and not too orange. -

I received a deluxe size sample of this to try for free. I often use cleansing oils or balms to take of my sunscreen and foundation at night so I was happy to try such a luxe version.The scent is gorgeous. It smells to me like a light floral and is not overwhelming, just lovely. It removed my makeup and sunscreen easily. I often wear mineral sunscreens which are notoriously difficult to remove but it was easy with this cleanser. It left my skin feeling soft and moisturized and not dry at all. I sometimes double cleanse and this is great for that but I didn't feel it was necessary as I didn't feel oily or sticky after rinsing. This is definitely a more expensive choice but it only took a small amount to cover my entire face and neck so I think this would last a long time. -

I tried this all over my face on two separate mornings, once when wearing makeup and once going bare faced. It has a slight fragrance but not too noticeable. I have very dry skin so gel moisturizers aren't usually enough for me but this felt surprisingly moisturizing. It layered well under foundation with no pilling. On the day I only used this and went bare faced it looked matte but didn't feel overly dry but I did feel the need for more moisture as the day went on. I think people with oily or combination skin would really love this. With my dry skin it wasn't quite sufficient for a Rocky Mountain super cold and dry winter but would be perfect for hot summer days. -

This is a lighter, whipped textured cream with a slightly fruity scent. I’ve been using this every morning sometime under foundation and sometime bare faced. It isn’t greasy and leaves a mostly matte, velvety finish. I’ve found it perfect as a primer under foundation with no pilling or flaking. It is light enough that I can put sunscreen over-top and not feel like it is sliding off. I also really like it with no makeup because it kind of blurs the skin and tones down the shine. I tend to have red, dry, sensitive cheeks and this doesn’t sting at all. I feel like it soothes my skin. I have been using a retinol at night plus this in the morning and have experienced no dryness or irritation. -
