Nice replacement for plastic sandwich bags

I usually use too many plastic sandwich bags and am always looking for eco-friendly options to replace them. I like that this can go in the freezer or microwave and be washed in the dishwasher. I'm not sure that I would trust the seal to hold liquids but it is great for little snacks like fruit and veggies, nuts or cookies. It would fit a sandwich on standard bread but isn't big enough for a more elaborate sandwich. It does fit an entire pack of wafer cookies. It's a nice size to throw in a bag or larger purse.

As of late, Canada is banning all non reusable plastic's so we have resorted to using alternative methods of preservation which is where this comes in handy!

I love that the bag is made of high quality BPA free food-fade Platinum Silicone and the fact I can put it in the dishwasher seals the deal for me. I would never heat my sandwich in a plastic bag but with this I totally could!

I absolutely love when I get products from Paderno as they always help boost my skills in the kitchen and makes cooking and meal time fun and practical!

I would recommend this product to anyone looking to ditch plastic!

Dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and oven safe!

I like the lip of the bag, it makes it easier to open.the seal on it is great, it's easy to close.

Love that it is dishwasher and microwave safe. And even oven safe! Though I have not tested it in the oven yet.

The only opportunity is the smell of the bag. There's a strong silicone smell. Luckily it doesn't transfer to the food, but when you're eating a sandwich from it and has it close to your face, it's not pleasant.

I wanted to love it

When I first opened this up and read that it was oven, microwave and freezer safe I was very excited for its potential. It opens well, is a great size and seals easily. However, it tore on the first use as I tried hand washing it. Great potential, but it’s just not strong enough.
