I've been taking the NOW Ultra Omega-3 supplements for a few weeks now. I'll take them after breakfast. They are easy to swallow and has no aftertaste.

Myoflex 20% Maximum Strength 100g Pain Relief Cream
The Myoflex pain relief cream worked really well. I like that it does not have a strong scent. I have knee and wrist pain and this helped. It is also not greasy at all. No burning sensation. Definitely will purchase this.

It has a thick and creamy consistency. The scent is so lovely and lingers for hours and hours. I really enjoying using this body cream.

I've been taking Swiss Natural Total One Multi Vitamin and Mineral for Women every morning for a few weeks now. I've been taking it after I have my breakfast. I like that it doesn't contain preservatives. The supplement is easy to take and it's an easy way to incorporate vitamins and minerals into my daily routine. -

I get regular break outs especially around my chin and nose area. I've been using this product twice a day and every time I shower. It has a creamy consistency and doesn't suds up. I use a small on my face. I do have acne on my chest and upper back. I find that this product helped with face and body acne. I find that I am using up the product faster since I'm using it for my body as well. The scent isn't that off putting. It's the typical scent with benzoyl peroxide products.

I have been using this product mornings and at night for 10 days now. I find that it is very gentle and doesn't leave a burning sensation. It leaves a fresh clean feeling. The flavour of this is a bit different than other mouthwashes I've used. Some cons are that it doesn't any stains. I drink coffee everyday and I didn't find this mouthwash very effective. I wouldn't get this for it's whitening/ stain preventions. Also, this product is very pricey compared to other brands.

I have been using the PanOxyl Acne Body Spray for over a week now. I use it about twice a day. I thought the product worked okay. It did take about a week to see results. I have chest and back acne. My preferred method of applying it is to spray it on to my hand and rub it on to my body. I find that the spray is a bit too strong and I would apply too much. I am not a fan of the scent. It has a strong smell to it. I would have to turn away when using this product and try not to breathe or else I would have a bad cough. Overall, the product okay, but I would prefer a cream instead of the spray.

I received the L’Occitane Almond Milk Concentrate free for a product review. I have been using this morning and night for over a week now. I have been using it on my hands, arms, and legs. I get really dry hands from constantly washing them and this is great. It moisturizes very way and does not leave a greasy or tacky feel. The consistency is almost whipped. It's not thick or runny. I love how the scent is not overbearing and lingers for many hours later. I didn't notice any firming but maybe with constant use over time. Overall, I really like this product.
