I found the soft gels a little too large for my liking as I have trouble swallowing pills. They do not have any fishy aftertaste though which is a plus. It can be hard to get enough DHA and EPA but with NOW Ultra Omega-3s its easy to do. -

AOR Methyl B12 comes in an easy to take lozenge that dissolves under the tongue. For someone like me who has a lot of trouble swallowing pills the fact that it dissolves under the tongue is really comforting. Swallowing pills gives me a lot of anxiety. Methylcobalamin is the active, coenzyme form of vitamin B12 which makes it super bioavailable. Its been a super easy addition to my vitamin regime that I'm happy to adopt.
