Rio Mare Insalatissime Couscous and Light Tuna is my new favourite lunch snack. I never really thought about taking a tuna salad for lunch but I won't be making that mistake again! This salad was so tasty. It is super easy to take on the go and you can eat it right out of the container. The ingredients go really well together. It would be great to have as a protein packed snack on the go as well

Thursday Plantation Patch Perfect Hydrocolloid Patches work really well and are super easy to apply. I cleansed my skin thoroughly first and made sure to apply with clean hands. They blend in almost seamlessly, it was hard to even see where I put them on my skin. I left them on over night and in the morning, I removed them. The pimples on my cheeks were almost completely gone, they were not red at all. The pimple on my forehead had so much pulled out of it! It was wild. It really went down a lot over night.

Goldy's superseed cereal is delicious. Its so easy to use in a variety of different ways. You can make a chia seed pudding, add it as a topper to your yogurt bowl or even blend into your favourite smoothie. I made a chia seed pudding by adding milk and leaving it in the fridge over night. The next day it was ready to go. I wish it had a stronger banana cinnamon flavour, I found the seeds took over the flavour and I didn't get much of the banana cinnamon. It was still good though and I love that there are no refined sugars and I'm getting a boost of fibre

I was really looking forward to trying Bioteem Skin Health & Immune Support Probiotic Powder. They come in easy to use sachets that are good for taking on the go but the good things about this product stop there. I followed the directions to mix the powder in with cold water but it was impossible to get rid of the granules, no matter how long you shake it for in the bottle they do not dissolve which leaves an incredibly gritty texture to it. The strawberry flavour was also not good at all, I'm not even sure how to describe it but it was not good. I would not recommend this product.

I really wanted to like these sleep gummies. They claim to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. I didn’t really find they helped me do either. I will say I do have trouble falling and staying asleep and usually take prescription medicine to help with sleeping. I like that they are sugar free so easy to take them even after you’ve brushed your teeth. They are Canadian and made with natural ingredients. I wish they had helped me. Perhaps if you have mild sleep disturbances these may be for you. -
