Compared to the leading competitor for plant based burgers, this one has healthier ingredients, less sodium, lots of vitamins & minerals, high in protein and lower in fat.
That being said, in some ways it missed the mark. Definitely needs a healthy amount of seasoning, unless you don’t care for flavour (lol), I found them a bit bland.
The texture is not quite comparable either, though the name is correct in that it is undeniably Beefless. These are a healthier option at least, but if you’re looking for something that is closer to real beef without consideration of the actual ingredients- taste wise and texture wise, this wouldn’t be my first choice. Might purchase again, but in my opinion not anything special to write home about.

My family likes these tomatoes a lot. They are great in soups, sauces, and other dishes! Lots of flavour, they are most tender, more so than the regular canned diced tomatoes from Hunts.
They are definitely a bit more pricy, and the cans are small. But the quality makes up for the quantity. Sometimes you can get them on sale and that’s a great time to stock up. I will likely purchase these in the future again when I am making a dish that is tomato based.
If you’ve seen them on the shelf and have been wondering if they’re any good, give them a try! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! 🍅

I’ve used Tiger Balm products in the past, long ago, and found they usually worked fairly well.
However I tried this ointment out and despite being ultra strength it didn’t give as much relief as I would have expected. To be honest I actually got more relief from using essential oils in this instance. I thought maybe it was a one off when it didn’t relieve my shoulder pain. However I’ve tried it for other aches and pains in my back, and my knee and it was the same thing. A little disappointed that it didn’t meet my expectations or deliver as promised. It wasn’t expensive, but there are other products out there that are more effective. Maybe I was just a one-off but hold on to your receipt if you buy this stuff just in case your experience is like mine.

I got this to try from the Product Review Club. I have been having some pain in my knee lately, and gave these a try when they arrived in the mail. I found they gave me pretty good relief from the pain, within maybe half an hour I could feel a difference.
However when I took Tylenol for a headache today, it didn’t give me as much relief as it did for my knee pain. I would say this is an effective medicine for certain pain for sure, probably not for headaches for me, but I will take it again if my knee bothers me. It is also easier on the stomach than ibuprofen or aspirin.

This was a respectable frozen entree as far as these type of meals go.
The brown rice was the right doneness and texture, just enough sauce, a few pieces of chicken and some veggies that were also just right. Better than a lot of other entrees of this type by different brands I’ve tried. The chicken a little rubbery but still palatable.
It’s a bit more satisfying because of the brown rice, got me through the afternoon until dinner with no twinges or hunger or need for a snack. I’m not sure about the rest of the Weight Watchers entrees as I have not tried them but this is a good one.

I enjoy this coffee from the ethical bean company. First off it smells really good! Being a medium dark roast you get the kick and bold flavour, without being too acidic. This is great for coffee drinkers who may have a sensitive stomach (which was why this coffee was recommended to me).
It is available in pods, ground, or whole bean options. When not on sale it can be a little pricy for less than 300 grams of coffee (ground) but on par for the quality. It is a slightly better value if purchasing the standard or large sized bags of whole beans at most stores- especially Costco. I haven’t had any of the ethical bean coffees that have disappointed me so far.
I suffer from acid reflux which makes it difficult to find a coffee that doesn’t upset my stomach, but this particular selection hits the mark. If you are looking for a tasty and well rounded coffee this is a good one to try!

I tried one to wash my face before bed instead of my normal cleanser, worked great. Tried another to remove a full face of makeup, and took it all off with one cloth.
They don’t leave residue and my face doesn’t feel stripped, dry, or irritated at all after using them. I wear contacts, and they didn’t bother my eyes whatsoever, even when I removed my mascara and eye makeup. This has been an issue for me in the past with other makeup removal cloths, knowing that these are gentle enough for use with my contacts, l would definitely consider purchasing more when I need a convenient cleanser on the go.
They’re perfect to throw into a purse, gym bag, or overnight bag. Thanks Neutrogena Canada and Chick Advisor!

I got this hand cream to try from the Product Review Club. I really like the formula, it’s lightweight, and absorbs quickly. With the addition of the hyaluronic acid, it leaves my hands feeling really smooth, and they also look younger/softer.
My hands feel moisturized for quite a while after I apply it, and I don’t feel like I’ve washed all the product away whenever I wash my hands. I have only had this product to try for a few days but can see a noticeable improvement.. my hands look rejuvenated 😃
Because of the lightweight gel formula, this is an excellent choice for a summer hand cream, and it’s the perfect size to throw into your purse when you’re on the go!

I am sensitive to the sun and sun protection is a must for me. I received this from the product review club #gotitfree and had the chance to test it out yesterday before I went out for the afternoon. With not a cloud in the sky, I knew it would be a good chance to see how it really works.
It seems like a small bottle but a little goes a long way! It applies really nicely, dries quickly and doesn’t leave a slick or heavy feeling afterwards like many spray and lotion sunscreens I’ve tried do. I wasn’t doing anything super active but found what I applied lasted me for the duration of my time in the sun without needing to reapply at all. It smells nice too which is a bonus!
I would imagine this would be good to apply before you put on makeup as well, or to mix in with some moisturizer. I find a lot of moisturizers and makeup containing spf protection feel kind of gross, pore clogging, or just aren’t the same as the regular non spf version. Because of this gel formula, I don’t think that would be an issue at all when combining with makeup and moisturizer.
I’m glad I got the chance to try this out. I will definitely buy more when I run out. I recommend giving it a try.
