Have been drinking this stuff since I was a kid. Of all the iced tea and powdered drink mixes I think this takes the cake. It’s refreshing and delicious.
It dissolves with no issues, no layer of crystals on the bottom of the glass or pitcher. No bitter after taste or chalkiness.
Perfect summer drink with a handful of ice cubes and squeeze of lemon. Can be a little on the sweet side but easily remedied by adjusting the powder to water ratio.
The price is reasonable for the quantity you get, and even more so if you catch it on sale. Definitely a staple in my pantry!

Not a huge fan, I find aleve kicks in pretty fast but doesn’t offer the same level of relief as ibuprofen. Even regular strength ibuprofen i have found to be more effective. You cannot mix this medicine with other anti inflammatory medicine (ie Advil) as you risk perforation of the stomach, and it’s about 8-12 hours between doses of aleve so if (when) it doesn’t work it’s a long wait with pain until you can take an alternative medicine.
It’s hard on the stomach as well. Might work okay for some but not for me.

I have dairy and gluten sensitivity as well as issues with digesting meats in more than a small quantity. I was on the hunt for the Beyond Meat Burgers (which were sadly sold out) and came upon these. I’m always up to try a new veggie burger but many of them contain dairy and gluten products/byproducts that I try to avoid.
These are produced in Vancouver BC, made from an assortment of vegetables and whole ingredients. *Free of common allergens* big plus! Ingredients are: yellow split peas, carrots, green peas, red pepper, sunflower seeds, organic chia seeds, rice flour, pea fibre, vegetable fibre, coconut oil, onion, garlic, salt, tomato powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, less than 2% of yeast extract and natural flavour.
They are 230 calories each, 10 grams of fat, 135 mg of sodium, 510 mg of potassium, 33 grams carb (13 grams fibre, 4 grams sugar), 12 grams of protein, 30% daily Vitamin A, 15% daily Vitamin C, 6% daily calcium, and 20% daily iron.
They are a bit high in carbs but an excellent source of fibre, and with the mixture of a few types of incomplete proteins they come together to provide nutritional benefit from those proteins (for those who might be on a meat free diet). They’re not bad, they crisp on the outside and are a bit squishy on the inside. They’re a bit delicate to handle. I haven’t tried them on a bbq and worry they might break apart. They’re a decent pick for those with sensitivity to certain ingredients who are looking for a veggie option.

I love this stuff. It works well to refresh my hair in between washes, making feel less grimy and leaves it with a nice shine.
I’ve tried other dry shampoos that leaves a ton of residue, like I doused my hair with baby powder, and then requires tons and tons of combing or even toweling to look normal again. Or they make my scalp itch from the heaviness of the product. When applied correctly, this stuff doesn’t do that. Even when applied liberally it really distributes nicely and leaves my hair soft.
Definitely my favourite dry shampoo, and the best out of all the Batiste dry shampoos. The scent is fresh and doesn’t overwhelm. I can see why this is the #1 rated dry shampoo, I agree!

These are my favourite of Kashi’s granola bars. They’re nice and chewy, the sweet/salty balance of the dark chocolate and sea salt is complimented by the crunchiness of the almonds.
It’s a good source of nutrients as far as chocolate granola bars go- iron (10% of daily value), 3 grams of fibre, 7 grams of sugar, 115 mg of potassium.
They are delicious and hit the spot when I have a craving for chocolate while containing way less sugar than even the standard snack-sized chocolate bar. Yum!

I find an amount about the size of a quarter is enough to apply to my hair when wet before I blow dry it. A bottle lasts for quite a while. The price point is mid range, but worth the investment. I don’t find this product weighs my hair down, and no issues with build up. It helps tame my flyaways and helps with dry ends as well. Love it!

I think they could still achieve a great tasting product with less sugar, but all in all it’s good. -

I bought this for my partner for Christmas one year. When he tried it he said it was awesome and that it really provided a smooth shave and no irritation to his sensitive skin.
Fast forward a few months and I decided to give it a try for my legs when I ran out of my own shave gel. This stuff is fantastic, not only did it help provide a smooth and effortless shave, it also made my skin feel super soft!
It might seem a little pricy but a small amount goes a long way. I’m not sure who loves this stuff more, my partner or myself lol. Will continue to purchase again and again!

I like this mascara as far as drugstore products goes. The wand is curved and it gives some lift while also separating my lashes and giving a little extra length. It didn’t really clump, and I can apply multiple coats without my lashes looking like spider’s legs.
The staying power is decent. Minimal to no smudge or transfer when I wear it all day. I wear contacts and find certain mascaras just don’t work for my needs. This is a mascara that is pretty good with contacts. I wouldn’t say it’s the best, but respectable.
I use eye makeup remover to take it off. Along with cleanser. It washes off without much hassle. It’s a good product, only thing I might say is the formula while good initially, does seem to go dry a little faster than some other mascaras I’ve used.
All in all it’s a good day to day mascara!

This is one of many in the Balderson line of cheeses, cheddars particularly. The texture is slightly drier than younger cheddars, as to be expected. It is a cheese you could finely shred and use in place of Parmesan or Romano, or alongside them as well. It would be lovely in a fondue. And also served in its regular form as well, it would pair nicely with a dry wine or even with beer. It is a welcome addition to a charcuterie plate, is complemented well with olives, pickled vegetables, and with an assortment of cold cuts.
The flavour profile has a hint of lingering nuttiness, a bit dry on the palate with a sharp and rich bite to it. It’s good, a nice in between cheese that isn’t too young, but also not as old and robust as the 3-5 year cheddars.
