I'm a pretty active and busy woman. Besides a full time job, I play on four sports teams and run a sports league AND work with a cat rescue group. I'm on the go constantly so I normally have a protein or energy bar ot two stowed away in my bag for times when I can't grab a meal on the go.
I wanted to like Adrien Gagnon Decadent Fudge Nutriforme Bars. I really did...but no. I've definitely had worse but I've had way more that are much, much better. They are bland and not tasty and just leave me wanting to drink a lot of water to get the taste out of my mouth. I'll probably eat all the ones that were sent but more out of desperation and hunger than wanting to eat something tasty.

So easy to use and took all of the makeup I had on, even the greasy eye makeup I often wear. The wipes stayed in one piece and worked exactly as I had hoped. I also love using them after a workout for a quick clean up job when I'm on the run.

I love Simple products. Affordable, effective and gentle on my skin. There is much to say about this moisturizer, which is a good thing in my opinion. It's gentle yet effective, isn't filled with colourants and scents to irritate my already sensitive skin, isn't greasy and absorbs well! It's a great all around moisturizer!

First off, I love Simple products. They are affordable, gentle on my skin and don't have any harsh perfumes that irritate me. This is my second swing at using micellar cleansing water and I absolutely love how quick and easy it is to use and my skin feels great afterwards.
Of the two micellar waters I've tried, I found this one more gentle on my skin but wasn't quite as effective at getting my eye makeup off on days that I happened to be wearing A LOT of it.

It's official. Micellar Water is my new favourite product, hands down. Love, love, love it.
I'm not a morning person. The less that I can do in the morning, the better. Washing my face with running water, wash cloths and a foaming cleanser just takes way too much bloody time and tends to leave water all over the bathroom and myself. Micellar water changed this. Now I just need to apply the product with a cotton pad and I'm done! Poof! Face clean, make up gone!
Garnier SkinActive Micellar Water is the second micellar water that I've tried in recent months and I found pros and cons with both products. I found the Garnier version was slightly stronger on my skin and left it feeling a little more tighter...but it took eye makeup off in a snap! I seriously love micellar water and this is definitely a product I will be purchasing again.

I am not a morning person. The fewer products I can use in the morning to get my day started, the better! I'll often leave the house without makeup on until I reach my office just because of how little of a morning person I am. I found the Garnier SkinActive Miracle Anti-Fatigue Hydra-Gel Moisturizer made my face feel refreshed and more supple while on my way to work. It didn't leave a greasy film like many moisturisers have in the past and the scent was barely there.
My one complaint was that too much product came out with each pump and I'd often end up wasting product.

I'm going to be honest here...I don't use dry shampoo for it's intended use. I have thin, fine hair that looks dirty less than 24 hours after a shampoo so I'm used to washing my hair daily. I've used dry shampoos in the past but it always ends in disaster. My hair feels greasier and more weighed down than when I started...but I have found another use for my fellow fine-haired sisters....
Dry Shampoo is amazing to add texture to your hair! When trying to do up-dos or create a style with any sort of volume (which my hair has zero of), I find dry shampoo becomes my new bestie. It makes my hair fuller and allows me to work with it in ways that I've never been able to do in the past. Sure, you could use hairspray, but I find that just leaves my hair sticky and crunchy. Dry shampoo on the other hand, does not!

Let's be honest...I really don't use hairspray all that often. I'm very much the kind of girl that throws her hair into a ponytail or a messy bun 9/10 times...but when the time comes that I need to use hairspray, I'm very picky with what I use. I want my hair to remain flexible yet holds a style. I don't want my hair to be crunchy or make me worry about being close to a fire source and watch my hair light on fire. I also don't want to worry that when I spray on the hair spray, it's so overwhelming with fumes that I have to go outside to use it. I have a small bathroom so this girl needs to be able to breathe. My expectations and requirements are high.....yet this product TOTALLY NAILED IT!
Seriously, this product is pretty great. Kept my crown of flyaway hairs at bay, kept my style in place while maintaining some flexibility in my hair and it didn't smell like I was covered in lighter fluid. Yay! Great job, Dove!

I've always been a fan of Dove products.I have fine, thin hair without a lot of damage. Split ends, fly aways, you name it, my hair probably has it. In the last few years I've tried a number of oils and serums on my hair in hopes of taming the beast.
Dove Pure Care Dry Oil is one of the better products I've tried. It didn't leave my hair feeling oily and kept my hair looking shiny and healthy. It was super easy to apply and seemed to really do wonders for my hair.
The only thing I honestly didn't like about it was the smell. It sorta smelled like baby powder, which is not what I want my hair to smell like!

I've always been a fan of Dove products. I can expect quality without emptying my pocketbook and this conditioner was no exception! I have thin and fine hair and I have to condition daily otherwise my poor hair becomes a tangle zone that no one wants to tackle. This conditioner kept the tangles at bay without weighing my hair down. The scent was nice and not totally overwhelming and I will definitely purchase from this line of products again!
PS. I also used it on my boyfriend's bear and it made it nice and soft!
