I have the Birkenstock Gizeh sandals in a pearlized white leather. These are a summer go to for me. I resisted purchasing a pair for a long time as they cost more than I would normally spend on sandals but I am glad I finally caved. They are uncomfortable the first little while you wear them but eventually they mold to the unique shape of your feet and they become so comfortable! They are truly one of those products that, the more you wear them, the better they become. I wore mine almost daily all summer and they still look amazing. I am sure I will get at least a few summers out of these before having to replace. They are a classic thong style sandal but they are easily dressed up or down. Love love love! -

I purchased the Sparkle Ball earrings in rose gold in the 8 mm size which I believe is the smallest size you can buy. I love these. They are a staple in my earring wardrobe and I find myself reaching for these almost daily. I love that these come in a variety of sizes and colours. Personally, I feel like the 8 mm is the best size for me as I felt the larger sizes were way too big for my earlobe. These also come with a great warranty from Hillberg & Berk. I have not had an issue with breakage at all. They are a tad hard to clean as they are made of clay so you cannot get them wet but other than that, these are a favourite of mine and I will absolutely be purchasing other colours in the future. I also love that Hillberg & Berk is a Canadian company. -

I purchased the Waterproof Snowy Owl Mukluks in black last year. It is going on my second year with these boots and they have quickly become my favourite. So warm and cozy! I also like that these are waterproof so I don't have to worry about ruining them stepping in slush. I did protect them with a waterproofing spray though just to avoid salt stains. These are pretty expensive but so worth it. The quality is great. Another thing I like about them is that they look nice. I find boots to be so blah. These are not. The addition of fur and beading just makes them look so good. I also like that they are tall boots so that stepping in deep snow is not a problem. As I mentioned, this is my second year wearing them and they still look great. I am sure I will be able to get at least a few more winters out of this pair so to me, that makes them well worth the price. -

I really do like alot of pieces that Stella & Dot comes out with. I find them to be unique and cool and I used to buy alot of jewelry from them. The reason I do not recommend and will likely not buy anymore pieces from them is the quality. As far as costume jewelry/accessories goes, S&D;is expensive and the quality is severely lacking. I purchased a necklace for over $200 to wear with a dress to a wedding and it broke halfway through the night. I know that quality control can be hit and miss and even an expensive piece can break so I like to give the benefit of the doubt. However, this has happened with several pieces I have purchased. For the cost, I would expect higher quality. Cute stuff though. -

This is my favourite natural deodorant and the only natural one that works for me. I was scared to try it as I have tried several natural deodorants in the past and have ended up with stinky pits pretty much right away. But I did try this and was glad I did. It works wonderfully. Its expensive as far as deodorants go but this roll on does last a long time. I generally love Rocky Mountain products. I like what the company stands for and the fact that they use high quality, natural ingredients so I do find their prices to reflect that. I don't have an issue paying more for higher quality and supporting the little guy. I have enjoyed every Rocky Mountain product I have tried and this deodorant is no exception. -

I don't mind Colgate as a toothpaste in that it does what I need a toothpaste to do. The reason I would not repurchase is the fact that this has triclosan in it. Triclosan is an antibacterial agent that is linked to bacterial resistance and is a potential carcinogen. Why does this need to be in a toothpaste? Sure the thought of killing bacteria in the mouth is attractive but realistically, you can only kill so many bacteria and what remains will multiply so quickly that your mouth will be a bacteria fest again in less than an hour. I know this, I know there is no stopping this, so why use anti-bacterial products? There is no need. -

Batiste is my favourite dry shampoo and the only one that seems to work for me. I have tried high end brands such as Oribe and Living Proof which were okay but were nowhere near as effective as Batiste. I love that this is slightly tinted so it does not leave a white cast in my brown hair. I am able to wash my hair less and not look like I am a greasy mess. Awesome! The price is reasonable. I have gone through too many cans of this to count and will continue to purchase as my go-to dry shampoo brand. I personally prefer the tinted one but they have a variety of scents so you can switch it up each time you buy and get a new scent. -

The Shakeology program may work for some but I find it to be way too expensive for what it is. You can get better, higher quality protein shakes/powders for a whole lot less. I did not mind the taste of the shakeology but when used as a meal replacement or as part of the 21-day fix, I went through the shakeology so quickly that I found myself ordering 2-3 times a month. I just cannot justify the price. If you have the money to splurge, its not bad but as I said, there are cheaper, higher quality options out there. -
