This is a helpful app to use when you are trying to lose weight. It is pre-loaded with tons of different food options prepared both at home as well as restaurant menu items. You can also easily add your own foods as well. Its kind of eye opening to see the true amount of calories in the things you eat. The amount of calories you consume versus the amount of calories you THINK you consume can be two very different things! The MyFitnessPal app helps to keep you accountable and mindful of the choices you make. -

I love this little stick. I mainly use it as a lip balm and I find it works well for that purpose. Keeps flaky winter lips at bay. It is also wonderful to use on especially chapped skin anywhere on the body. Sometimes after washing my hands and applying hand cream, I will smooth a bit of this on my knuckles for a bit of extra hydration. Wonderful as a cuticle butter also. Great price for a multi-purpose stick. The large size is a bit cumbersome to use on lips but I understand why the tube is larger than your average lip balm tube. Because it is so much more than a lip balm! Has a nice, chocolate scent to it. I really feel like it soaks into the skin and hydrates as opposed to just sitting on top of the skin. Not waxy or overly glossy on the lips either. Just an all around good, multi-purpose item to have on hand. -

Optimum points is one of the better loyalty programs out there. I love that you can redeem points for an actual dollar value as opposed to samples (*ahem*... I'm lookin' at you Sephora). The ability to collect and redeem Optimum points absolutely keeps me coming back and I will almost always make my purchases at SDM or another Optimum provider then going elsewhere if I can. -

I enjoy it as is with no milk or sugar but it tastes equally good with those additions. This is also an inexpensive tea. As much as I like going to David's Tea and picking something new out, Red Rose is a staple that I will always come back to and will always have in my pantry. -

I have two pairs of Quay sunglasses. Both are so unique but yet somehow manage to look classic at the same time. I have a large head which is a pain because most sunglasses are way too tight on me. I have not experienced this issue with Quay. They appear to be high quality and the price is certainly right. Many different styles to choose from so you are bound to find a pair that works for your style. I have recommended Quay to many people and will continue to do so. -

This conditioner, along with the shampoo and treatment are among the best hair-care products I have ever used. Stops my coloured hair from breaking and generally seems to improve the look of my hair. A little bit of this goes a long way as it is highly concentrated. Hair is easy to comb out afterwards, tangle free and smooth. Would absolutely recommend this line to anyone experiencing breakage as a result of colouring. -

I believe this is the best shampoo I have ever used. I have relatively thick hair but it is really fine and breaks really easily. After I dyed my hair blonde I experienced even more breakage than I normally do. My hair stylist recommended this so I purchased the shampoo, conditioner and treatment. I have to say, it actually works really well. A little of this goes a long way so while, yes it is expensive, a bottle will last you a long time. I have had my bottles for well over a year and they are still going strong so I think it is worth the price. I find Pureology products in general to be pretty high quality and I am certainly impressed with this line. -

I found this sunscreen wayyyyy too greasy. Granted, I am oily skinned and generally have to watch what kind of sunscreen I use. I had heard great reviews of Coola products and thought I might try them out. Bad idea. This did protect from the sun I guess in that I did not get sunburn while wearing it but it did not sit well under makeup at all and I was an oil slick shortly after application. -
