This being 21g of protein it is perfect for a quick dinner (boils in about 5 minutes). It's a perfect replacement for pasta dishes and stir fries (chow mein) Highly recommended.

These Bison meat sticks are perfect for my post workout protein snack. It's portable (so I can eat it on the way back from the gym) and packs 7g of protein!
I expected them to be really salty (like many of the typical meat sticks are) but they were not! They have the perfect amount of spice (I don't like spicy food personally) but these were more flavourful than hot spice.
I would definitely recommend BUFF the my friends and family who are looking for an extra boost of protein. Also love that it's made in Canada!

I really liked the silky texture of this cream. It pairs well with my other skin care actives and keeps my skin moisturized.
I haven't been using this long enough to see any visible changes (using for just over a week) but I understand that you won't see changes from any skincare products overnight. I do have high hopes for this sculpting cream as I have used other Neostrata products before with great results!
Only downside is the nozzle took forever to actually work. I was ready to cut the bottle open .

Butterball's Applewood smoked turkey bacon has been a breakfast Essential in my home for years! It's a much healthier alternative than traditional bacon while still giving me that extra protein to start my day. Personally I like to add it on top of my avocado toast.
I also find that Butterball's Applewood smoked turkey bacon has less sodium than other turkey bacon. Highly recommended!

I try to eat healthy and the fact that this pasta contains 17g of protein was great! I am definitely adding this to my regular meals when I feel like pasta.
